I am sorry StEtienneAmen, but its your opinion that we have needed a defensive midfielder for 5 transfer windows. 3 of which Hughes' wasn't even here for!
The fact remains that Arsenal signing a player which Liverpool have absolutely no interest in, is not in the least bit detrimental to Richard Hughes or his reputation.

StEtienneAmen, are you insinuating that Arsenal signing Zubimendi somehow affects Richard Hughes' reputation?
I remember Ed002 telling everyone a couple of months ago that Liverpool had moved on from Zubimendi. That was his response from a question regarding the possibility of signing him in Jan or the summer.
Was Ed002 ever wrong when it came to transfer interest and targets? I can't remember him being wrong.
So again, how does Arsenal signing a player that we have no interest in affect hughes' reputation?

I may be wrong, but im pretty sure Ed002 told us all that Liverpool had moved on from Zubimendi. He was never wrong from what I can remember.

It is not a headbutt at all. A headbutt is an intentional act. This was a coming together of heads. It wasn't a foul regardless of where it happened on the pitch.
{Ed025's Note - i think your wrong Tele, Pedro got his head to it first mate and then was clattered by Saliba, its just the same as if it was his foot and he got tackled after the ball had gone mate, definite penalty for me..

I'm sorry guys, but that was not a penalty in the Brighton v Arsenal game. Not even close and the officials, even with the use of VAR, have messed up again.

I was pleased to hear Slot bring it up in the interviews after the game and I'm also glad to hear the players were discussing it after the game.
