Any inside knowledge on a Jota to Newcastle interest?

{Ed001's Note - I think they would want Mamadarshvili out of our players, as they want to replace Pope. But out of those available, possibly Jota, as they need to replace Wilson, who left on a free. What better replacement for an injury-prone striker than another injury-prone striker?}

Edd001 do players know they're made available for sale by the club? Is there a conversation to their teams or personally? For example jota, would jota know that the club would welcome offers to sell? I'm not privy to any info on how this works. Your insight would be greatly appreciated.
{Ed001's Note - usually they are informed as the club want their agents to help find them a new club. It depends on if it is that they want to sell regardless, or if they just would let them go if the right circumstances arose.}

Thanks for your feedback. For me I think it might be time for Jota to move on as we need a more dependable striker as a backup rather than using Diaz in that role.
What do you make of a versatile forward to take his place and who will you recommend?
{Ed001's Note - I don't think we need a versatile forward, we have those, we need a goalscorer in my opinion. Which is why I suggested someone like Stassin, if we can't get someone like Isak.}

Completely agreed with the comments above. As long as the players compete with passion, as they always do, I don't care where we finish next season. This is going to very emotional all the way through and will affect each player differently.
