People seem to think Osimhen is more expensive than Isak but surely if the transfer fee is half of what isak is that would more than cover a higher wage as isak wouldn’t come on cheap wages either.

Maybe play Wirtz and salah behind a striker keeping the midfield as it is and using kerkez and Frimpong for width.

Bringing in a striker for 2/ 3 years is a good idea as long as there’s a plan for a younger lad to come through as in maybe buy now and loan out or bring through the youth system Watkins or Martinez would be very good buys.

Hope stevie succeeds as a manager not sure the championship is the right place maybe league 1 with good coaches around you and no pressure to succeed but a good place to try new ideas.

I would buy a striker and play wirtz and salah behind him with attacking full backs but I watch the games from my sofa not the dugout so it’s anybody’s what the tactics are with the new additions.

Ali wants to go home to finish his career as mk says at a high level maybe mama coming in this season as no2 is so he can gel within the squad and Ali can go at the end of the season.

Growing up in the 70s I’ve seen lots of players come and go I’ve never booed a player just not my thing with Trent if he’s run his contract down for his own good that’s up to him he’ll know that’s damaged his legacy if it’s the club that’s not offered soon enough that’s the club’s fault either way look forward not back.
