Alright eds, any interest from us in Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella?

{Ed001's Note - he has come out publicly and said he would like to join us, hence the reported interest. He has been monitored but we have shown no signs of actually doing any more, as of yet, than keeping an eye on his progress.}

1.) 16 Oct 2018 09:19:26
Is he any good Ed?

{Ed001's Note - very highly rated mate, not seen anything of him yet to judge him sorry.}

2.) 16 Oct 2018 12:02:05
Cheers ed.

{Ed001's Note - welcome mate.}

Eds/ .......

{Ed002's Note - WRONG PAGE.}

1.) 15 May 2019 21:27:16
I’m pretty certain that Harry Potter first discovers he has magical powers in chapter 2 of the first book. Around page 15/ 16 isn’t it?

2.) 15 May 2019 21:58:10
Ignore me, just coming through to make a triple top fan badge post 👍🏻.

3.) 15 May 2019 22:21:54
“Who’s the basket in the black”?
Me too 😀.

4.) 15 May 2019 22:25:30
With roro being born in 1892 the poor guys eyes must be shot, no wonder he can’t find the right page!

In our 1981 European cup 2nd leg semi final our superstar player Dalglish went down injured and Bob Paisley replaced him with a unknown youngster who changed the game called Howard Gayle. Could history repeat itself tonight with Rhian Brewster replacing Salah?

1.) 07 May 2019 13:51:25
I remember celebrating in the kitchen, listening to the radio, when Ray Kennedy scored. And then panicking when Rummenigge equalised.

2.) 07 May 2019 16:36:49
Were we 3-0 down from the first leg? 🤔.

02 May 2019 18:40:26
Looking forward to wiping the smile of Messi and Co faces on Tuesday night.

1.) 02 May 2019 18:48:58
You and me both mate, bring them on :) . They think we're down and out lol all I'd say to that is, welcome to Anfield.

2.) 02 May 2019 18:51:51
Well they binned it against Roma in the Quarter Final last year from 4-1 up after the first leg at the Nou Camp. So it's not impossible.

You'd have to assume they've learned from that though.

3.) 02 May 2019 19:10:33
Valverde after the game, said that he is very weary of the second leg and mentioned their loss to Roma last season as well as the pummeling LFC put on City at home 3-0 so even they know nothing is settled yet. Good. Klopp and the boys with the Anfield roar behind them, will reign hell upon them.

4.) 02 May 2019 21:07:15
we can win. I personally hate defending a first leg lead in the second leg.

we have nothing to do but win. they have to score 1. it's a big mentality thing.

anfield, under the lights. could see us winning 4-1. going out but fixing this thing.

mane, Salah and Milner should and would of scored at any other point. just one of those games.

not creating is worse than not scoring big chances.

5.) 02 May 2019 22:37:32
I agree with your last point, Kloppsboss. I'd rather we were sterile offensively than to have created enuff chances to score two goals and took none of them.

6.) 03 May 2019 14:25:13
This is a bit snarky of me, but I'm almost more amped for our players to put their own fans in their place!

1.) 23 Apr 2019 13:03:55

2.) 23 Apr 2019 13:24:17

Farewell Cesar, YNWA.

Terence Crawford vs Amir Khan Fight Preview

20 Apr 2019 14:00:46
{Ed's Note - Roro1892 has posted a new article entitled, Terence Crawford vs Amir Khan Fight Preview

1.) 20 Apr 2019 14:28:47
Who was Honeyghan fighting?

2.) 20 Apr 2019 14:40:53
Cheers eds thanks very much. Honeyghan was fighting Don Curry.

3.) 20 Apr 2019 14:43:52
Don Curry.

4.) 20 Apr 2019 17:02:19
The problem with Khan is his IQ. I think it's an issue that started early in his career. Him and his coaches in the amateur were enamored with his speed and didn't take time to develop other areas of his game. He has blistering hand speed but he gets cut in the middle of exchanges or simply forgets to move after throwing his combinations.
He also loses focus a lot in the middle of fights and that's why he doesn't know when the opponent is setting a trap for him and gets caught with a shot he didn't see coming.
The one thing though is that he's a DOG. He took punishment against Maidana that may make other fighters quit.
I think Crawford is too much for him though. He is quick in the mind and makes insanely good adjustment.
If Khan went into every fight taking it round by round, not over-engaging, he would be hard to beat because he's one of the best at simply winning rounds. But his lack of boxing IQ will let him down against the elites.

5.) 20 Apr 2019 20:18:30
He also has a weak chin realtofel.

6.) 20 Apr 2019 22:36:56
Thanks Roro, can’t see anything but an early stoppage for Crawford. Khan has a glass chin and has had it shattered on too many occasions. One punch and he’s out.

7.) 21 Apr 2019 00:39:25
Nps Ron mate, hope u enjoyed it. I think it will go the distance although I expect Khan to be floored afew times. Khan imo is a natural light middleweight and Crawford is a natural light welterweight. The size difference will be enough to let Khan hear the final bell.

Yes but trent is up and down the line, Doherty runs into the box and stays there imo.

Cheers ed. I like Doherty myself but do u not reckon he would get in the way of our attackers if he joined us? He would be in the space that should be occupied by one of front 3, too many cooks and all that.

{Ed001's Note - why would he? Trent gets forward just as much, he would just have to stay wider.}
