I'm struggling to understand the fascination with signing a 30m player to replace mane for 4 games . All I keep reading here is should we sign this lad for 30m, or this for 25m .
I thought, and I may be wrong . Liverpool were near enough broke and overloaded with players .
I personally would love the three from the u-23 to be tried . Wilson woodburn and ojo.
All look like the have a good future ahead of them and can hopefully make the grade .
Wining the title would be amazing but top four and the finances to, push on next year is a must .

Thank Heavens that those fans asking for 30m signings to replace a player for a month, don`t run the club as we would have been in administration with such an illogical thought process and approach.

Whilst i'm all for developing the kids I don't think they should be pressured into taking responsibility for winning matches for the first team yet.
There seems to be an obsession with everyone thinking that the only call for a new wide player relates to Mane going to the ACN yes this doesn't help but its not the overriding reason, the squad is crying out for another proven top level wide player. Look at recent weeks that we have dropped points its no surprise this coincided with coutinho and llalana both missing through injury.
Firminio is never going to do a long term job out wide he is most effective through the middle and sturridge won't do it (when fit) either.
Name the first team ready PL proven wide players in our team? Mane, Markovic (leaving), now i'm struggling? Coutinho isn't a wide player neither is firminio or wijnaldum.
Wilson, Ojo, Woodburn all good talents but not ready for the rigors of regular 1st team action.
So again to repeat the need for a wide player is not just for Mane but as a need for the squad as identified by Klopp.

Not at all and I did say Markovic was going i wasnt suggesting he was prem ready although I can see how you could read that wrong, not once did I suggest we have to spend big either. Roll on the transfer window and if i'm wrong and we don't get a player in for the wide role ill be fist to hold my hands up. I don't disagree with the need for a LB however the money for a CB should be generated from the sale of Sakho albeit probably in the summer.
I stand fully by my opinion that i'm entitled to that Liverpool need a wide player in this squad!
Didnt say we don't make players great either but again as i say I didn't suggest we have to spend masses of cash to get a player that's prem proven so don't see the logic in the nonsensical statement of me thinking money grows on trees.

We have wasted money for the past few seasons on average players so at some point the madness has to end. It seems it is the English way: throw money at any footballing problem. Even when we had a patchy run. olution? Splash the cash on Van Dyke, Pulisic, Promes, Azmoun or some dude no one knows nor cares about. Klopp found the solution vs Boro w/ o spending a penny. We have the squad that can fix our issues because we have a coach who shockingly for once, knows what he`s doing 95% of the time. Keep the money until you get the guy you REALLY need like we got Mane for 34m (who we needed badly) and use the squad to plug other holes.

Hey guys . I don't post here to, often but read the posts three or four times a day .
I'm posting today to see if anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction for getting tickets for my brother . He is coming over from Australia in September for his honeymoon and is trying to get tickets to the hull match or the cup game I think .
He went and saw the team play in Brisbane last year and I'm trying my best to sort him tickets for his trip .
I have had no luck with my contacts so, thought I would try my luck here .

I'd love to know if anyone has ever bought a ticket from a tout outside the ground. Whenever I've been lucky enough to get to Anfield there are always a couple of shady looking characters looking to buy or sell tickets.

The club do season ticket returns on the day of the game psicosiss i. e. season ticket holders who can't make the game sell there ticket back to the club who then sell it on to the public, I'd ring the club if I were you and ask when it's best to inquire if there's any returns ( the day before the game or the morning of the game etc) good luck ðŸ€.

Ok, my friend and myself both have season tickets for the Lower Centenary stand, Row 13, seats 109 and 110 but we are away in Portugal for that match, for most of you on here, you wouldn't know where that is!
I'm still waiting to find out if my mate has promised them to someone else.

Hello fello Liverpool fans
Just wanted to post a few things to everyone . First off, edd's. I think you do a fantastic job and I have enjoyed reading you comments and replys over the last few years . Many hours of entertainment and information .
I just wanted to say to all the posters knocking Liverpool players weather it be the injured joe Allen or the youth players sterling, Alberto just to name a few of many . Get a grip people . We are second in the table, playing good football if only in the first half of matches without really spending any real money . I am over the moon about how we are doing this season compared to the way the last 4 or 5 years have gone . I really don't understand why people are not getting behind the team and celebrating the way we are heading .
Come on let's big these players up, build confidence and push on for the champions league and those big signing we all crave

I love the fact that even though we won the match scoring 4 goals that could have been 5-6 . We are still on here moaning about something that in the end had no effect on the result .
I'm sitting here a happy fan enjoying a great result against last years champions .

It’s deff an issue but I can play the games live or replay on my phone if I have to and it’s no big deal getting up 90 mins early to watch the game before work.

I may be wrong but didn't we beat both stoke and west brim . I was more worried that we would loose to Bournemouth and you knew watching the game and knowing how we play that bouncing ball in the box late in the game was ending up in the net.
The top four is the place we should be at the end of the season . If we do great . If we don't I still love Liverpool and will continue to read this site and watch every minute I can.
Spurs are going well and I think will end 2nd. City united and arsenal will all drop points in the run in.
Games in hand mean nothing. We have the points from those games already.
Let's back the team be positive and enjoy watching this great club play.
