Hi Ed, sorry I don’t know if this has been asked. Do you believe the club will still be willing to sell K. Tsimikas if Andy Robertson moves to A. Madrid? And move for someone like Hato or keep hold of him to cover for Kerkez? Thanks.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - he is available for transfer regardless, there are already options within the club to take his place as back up, so it is not seen as a huge issue.}

1.) 15 Jun 2025 10:57:20
Owen Beck
Luke Chambers
Calum Scanlon

All 3 are LB's. Maybe one of them can do a conor bradley and save us a lot of money.

2.) 15 Jun 2025 11:41:26
Would be a great opportunity for them 3.

Don’t think any have made a single premier league appearance though have they so a great opportunity and also a risk.

3.) 15 Jun 2025 11:29:44
Morning eds1
Hope you’re good mate. I remember a good while back you saying Beck was a very good young player. I’ve never seen him play. Do you think he’s ready to step up and be part of the first team yet. ?

{Ed001's Note - impossible to truly say without him getting a run of games to see how he handles it. Sometimes youngsters will wilt in the spotlight. Sometimes they just grow and take it in their stride like Bradley has done. Others will look like they are doing well but it all goes to their head and they stop trying as hard in training as they think they have made it. The only way to really know is to give them a chance.

If they don't work out, we can do what Fergie used to do at United, give them a bunch of appearances so they can be sold at a higher value due to having Prem experience. I certainly think Beck is worth a go, especially if we are going with attacking full-backs, as the main worry with him is that he is not suited to inverting or sitting deep. He is an attacking wing-back type of full-back. So I would say yes, he is certainly worth a try as back up.}

4.) 15 Jun 2025 12:10:18
Agreed JK
Tsimikas made 29 appearances for us last season, circa 1600 minutes. Quite possibly the backup left back might not play that much with Kerkez taking over, regardless it’s still a big step for any of the inexperienced young lads to fill, especially when you want to challenge for major honours.

5.) 15 Jun 2025 13:05:23
Barber, although you cannot argue in with Slot and his staff winning the league, the same staff did not bring along one youth player in to the lineup for any impact last season compared to Klopp. let's see if that is something they are interested in or capable of doing.

6.) 15 Jun 2025 14:45:54
I'm sure Slot and his staff are capable of doing it as he'd have to have done it at Feynoord as they tended to sell their better assests, maybe the problem was that Slot and his team didn't see any of the youth players as being good enough to be used in a title challenging side?

7.) 15 Jun 2025 17:02:23
Beck keeps getting injuries and I think the other 2 mentioned have injury concerns as well.

8.) 15 Jun 2025 18:20:58
Beck is very hard on himself.
He sees himself as a loser and encourages others to end his life.

9.) 15 Jun 2025 23:22:26
I imagine a bunch of young players will get plenty of opportunities in preseason and will be given a chance to prove themselves.

Looking forward to seeing our new signings and young lads in pre.

06 Jun 2025 17:21:30
I know Ed02 used to advice that we stay away from Twitter…
But it’s all exploded on there that a fee has been agreed (€150 million) for Florian Wirtz. He is expected to complete his medical next week, before going on holiday and returning for preseason with Liverpool in July.

1.) 06 Jun 2025 17:42:58
I hope it's right. im getting twitchy with all the waiting. I just want it signed, sealed and delivered.

2.) 06 Jun 2025 17:56:21
It was agreed before. All the deal is done. He knows his wage and for how long. The matches he is playing now will hold up the club saying anything. I spoke to Juliane who is very excited too.

3.) 06 Jun 2025 17:57:13
Yeah the longer it drags on it concerns me.

4.) 06 Jun 2025 18:13:14
@Sourkrout
Thank you. So I’m assuming he will be officially announced and registered after Germany’s fixture against France on Sunday (Nations League 3rd place match) .

5.) 06 Jun 2025 18:35:02
Sourkrout thank you. Out of interest who's Juliane? Sorry for my ignorance.

6.) 06 Jun 2025 18:38:51
@SA
Juliane is Wirtz’s sister.

7.) 06 Jun 2025 18:53:20
Googled as I was intrigued, it appears to be his sister. Thanks for the updates sourkrout.

8.) 06 Jun 2025 18:56:02
@SA Juliane I believe is his older sister also a footballer. I believe she was due to sign for Munich before he decided to join us so I wouldn’t be surprised to see her join LFC women’s team as well to be honest.

Not that I actually know anything it’s just what I have read over the last few weeks haha.

9.) 06 Jun 2025 19:18:05
I can’t say when it will be signed but everything is agreed. The contract will have no surprises as he knows the wages and length of time. He plays on Sunday so could be after maybe.

10.) 06 Jun 2025 19:34:11
@Sourkrout,
Yes sorry, I meant after Sunday. You mentioned that playing for Germany is holding up the announcement, so I assumed it would be early next week after the Nations League match.

29 May 2025 23:09:02
Hi Ed, are you aware if reports suggesting Bayern Münich/ Real Madrid attempting to persuade Florian Wirtz have any legs? I think most of us are anxious because of what happened with Zubi, Caicedo and Lavia. I didn’t want to ask (out of superstition) but was hoping you could put everyone’s mind at rest. Cheers mate.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - of course Bayern are, I don't know regarding Madrid. It seems unlikely and just appears to be based on Alonso being their head coach now.}

1.) 29 May 2025 23:21:14
There was never any indication Lavia or Caicedo had agreed to join us, only that we'd bid. Zubi a bit different but it's widely reported that Wirtz has agreed terms and only wants us. Chill out man it'll happen!

2.) 29 May 2025 23:26:10
Thanks for the quick reply.
You’ve made me even more anxious… I just want to sleep and wake up when he’s our player! I think we need to try and wrap up negotiations with Leverkusen as quick as possible to avoid any doubts creeping into his mind about the move.

3.) 29 May 2025 23:30:59
If we even get a whiff that they are sniffing around any of our players or targets, then Trent should be told he has to wait for his transfer.

Might sound petty, but Real are getting a little bit brazen with their 'approaches', so let's not help them generate funds.

4.) 29 May 2025 23:38:34
Why are people losing their minds over one player? Last season it was Zubimendi and he didn’t sign so it was all doom and gloom. Then we won the league.

Just relax, if he signs he signs if he doesn’t he doesn’t. It really isn’t a big deal.

5.) 29 May 2025 23:46:51
Drip…. drip…. drip.

The slow drip feed of information preparing us for inevitable disappointment.

6.) 30 May 2025 00:33:39
I really don’t trust FSG at all.

7.) 30 May 2025 00:35:04
Are you ok Ron? Genuine question, you seem to be really on edge about this Wirtz signing.

If he doesn’t sign we are still in a really good place. That’s how I see it anyway.

I might be missing something though to be fair.

8.) 30 May 2025 00:37:51
You really make me chuckle, Ron. Maybe consider a name change to Eeyore!

Just because a couple of supporting clickbait sites drop made up nonsense and clickbait headlines, and that gets posted by a number of different people here and on other sites, it's suddenly a HUGE amount of noise against us getting Wirtz! Really?!

It's literally the world we live in now, with fake news being prioritised based on whether it's trending now or not!

Sheesh, let's see what the next few days bring!

9.) 30 May 2025 00:41:05
Klopp4pm. i trust them more than you lad haha.

10.) 30 May 2025 01:58:31
People had had title run PTSD and we won the title anyway. People have transfer PTSD but we'll sign Wirtz anyway.

Ron stop being a bed wetter and get off X.

11.) 30 May 2025 03:46:13
If Wirtz doesn't come, I imagine we'd go all out for Isak and get another midfielder. Not the end of the world, is it? People need to just relax a bit. some deals take weeks as each club negotiates to get the best possible deal and payment structure.

12.) 30 May 2025 04:21:09
@Klopp4pm, why don’t you trust FSG? Who within FSG don’t you trust and what is it that whoever you don’t trust has done or hasn’t done that caused you to lose trust. Personally I don’t trust Marks and Spencers.

13.) 30 May 2025 05:04:25
Has anybody considered that it might be a difficult deal to work out financially and that it might take a little bit of time to iron out the details club to club? We've already done the hard work of convincing the player, not sure what the impatience turning to paranoia is about.
Surely if Madrid were really in the mix the likes of ornstein etc would be reporting it by now?

Also by all accounts wirtz is Edwards' white whale, we have been tracking him for a very long time as a top priority. I don't think there's any chance we're going to let this deal go.

14.) 30 May 2025 05:15:15
I trust FSG but not Michael Caine. He has hair like sheep’s wool, no matter how great an actor he is.

15.) 30 May 2025 05:17:09
There's a lot of paranoia going around, but I have no doubts about Wirtz joining us. I believe his signing is just around the corner. In fact, I think we'll see a double announcement for both him and Frimpong very soon. The Frimpong deal was wrapped up about two weeks ago apparently, yet nothing's been made official. It seems like they're just waiting to finalise everything with Wirtz so they can unveil both signings at the same time.

16.) 30 May 2025 05:20:40
The league ended less than a week ago and the transfer window isn't even open yet. There's still plenty of time for transfers to happen.

17.) 30 May 2025 07:07:09
We’re all going off what’s been reported and just trusting the ones we trust.

But the key difference with this and the likes of Caicedo etc is that there were never reports saying those guys actually wanted to come to us.

I Rekon just let it play out. We had a parade, a tragedy and now some details to work through.

I’d expect more transfer news suggesting the deal is off to come out cos Liverpool fans generate so much revenue through clicks.

18.) 30 May 2025 08:03:07
I still don't get all this hate for FSG. Under their ownership we've won 2 PL titles and 1 CL (plus held all 4 big trophies at the same time) . They've appointed 2 fantastic head coaches and have put the club on a great financial footing.
They don't make all the decisions in terms of signings but have enabled the club to be competitive when required.
The owners before FSG did what? Left us in nothing but a mess.

19.) 30 May 2025 08:13:48
I’m a little bit on Ron side, different reason, I wonder if the Horror at the Parade, could influence families of potential players wanting to join us, in jeopardy.

20.) 30 May 2025 08:48:35
Kew17, sorry mate I don't mean to be too rude but that's one of the stupidest things I've ever read.

21.) 30 May 2025 09:11:00
Have you actually read what’s being reported? Wirtz met with senior Bayern officials and Kompany. He tried to sell his vision to Wirtz. Wirtz called him a couple of days later to tell him he’s joining liverpool.

22.) 30 May 2025 09:13:46
It's a quiet few days on the Wirtz to Liverpool front but the media will look for stories to publish even if there are none.
You choose what you want to believe.

23.) 30 May 2025 09:23:12
Its all about instalments and finer details. Wirtz is coming, and its going to be a record breaking transfer window, unlike any other.

24.) 30 May 2025 09:25:59
Why are people so paranoid that we haven't made any signing yet. The transfer window hasn't even opened!

The people on here who think that the moves for Bellingham, Caiceido, Lavia and Zubimendi were all carefully crafted scripts by FSG should seriously consider getting themselves checked out. That level of paranoia could seriously be a cause for concern.

The Caiceido/ Lavia moves were just bad negotiating. Had we agreed to pay the fee for Lavia earlier in the window he would have joined us. Instead we left him hanging and went after Caiceido who never had any intention of joining us. When that failed and we went back for Lavia he felt unwanted and chose to go somewhere else. Zubimendi was just flaky and there was nothing that we could do about that. It happens. It is certainly not any king of FSG masterplan.

Wirtz is on another level compared to Caiceido, Lavia and Zubimendi so if missing out on those has enabled us to spend what is needed to bring in Wirtz (and win the league title for a 20th time in the meantime) then I am over the moon that we missed out on them.

25.) 30 May 2025 09:26:52
Kew17 Have you seen what's been happening in Germany in the past few years? similar mass stabbings / driving into crowds, unfortunately.

26.) 30 May 2025 09:46:47
Stop being a bunch of paranoid nellys.

Yes we have been here before and been burnt. Those other deals were not meant for us. Wirtz has stated he wants to join and a deal of the value that's being mooted takes time. Then throw in the fact the club probably wanted to make sure the fans were alright after what happened Monday.

Both Kerkez and Frimpong were meant to be annouced by this weekend, delayed because of that also.

27.) 30 May 2025 10:32:49
I’m nott sure why it takes time. When I play League Manager on my laptop you can get the whole thing sorted in 30 seconds. Anything more than a couple of minutes to get stuff sorted is just ridiculous.

28.) 30 May 2025 11:34:57
Ze German is coming.

29.) 30 May 2025 12:05:53
Ha ha all this bravado calling people worriers and negative, like those acting all stiff upper lip now weren't crying over the ones we lost over the last few seasons.

Anyway not one has stated the bleeding obvious. Window opens on 1st June, you haven't 'signed' anyone till then anyway. Any club announcing before is risking a PR disaster. So obviously Real announced the Bournemouth kid, but they are iffy as and think everyone bows to them, but agreement is only between clubs and player, but not associations. Red tape, but important red tape.

30.) 30 May 2025 12:25:34
FSG have been the best thing to happen to Liverpool FC since Eric Sawyer gave Shanks the money to buy St John and Big Ron Yeats .
Some people are so ungrateful we were on our last legs unt FSG bought us since we have won everything bar one the confrence cup which i hope we never win it because it is the same as the egg cup the toffees won so think what we had and then think what we have all down to FSG weather you like it or not.

31.) 30 May 2025 19:06:49
He will be a Liverpool player 100%, all these noises are typical Spanish and German guess work, he loved what he has been told by Slot and wants us, Kompany is a very uninspiring manager with contradictions from up the top end of the club, so confusing for Wirtz and he didn't like it, he heard all he needed and more from us and its won him over, the hold up is Bayer asking for our players, we should just say, here's the money for that deal, now who are you interested in, go to separate deals, our negotiations are the only worry for me, but hopefully we are out of that arrogant, we are Liverpool phase now.

19 Apr 2025 19:25:35
Hi Ed, hope you’re doing well mate. Do you know if Nunez is as good as gone in the summer? (Romano is reporting it, but I don’t like taking his word as gospel) .

You used to say in the past that all 3 including Trent wanted to stay, when did Trent change his mind do you know? Thanks pal.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - Slot doesn't want to keep him, so he is likely to go, yes.

Who said he has changed his mind? As I keep saying, there is absolutely nothing coming out from Trent at all or his camp.}

1.) 19 Apr 2025 22:30:47
Nunez gave up in February. I still think he should've started one of the second PSG game or the League Cup Final instead of Jota, but honestly all that tells you is how off form Jota was at the time, and somewhat proves why Slot was playing Diaz through the middle instead of either of them.

Can't argue Nunez' case anymore. I have tried.

2.) 20 Apr 2025 03:03:08
Same here Something Red. Nunez had always been a loose cannon for me, not knowing what kind of performance he'd put in when he's on the pitch. But his work rate had always been second to none. Imo, it's unacceptable for him, or any other player, to not put in effort when they're on the pitch and he has done that multiple times in recent games. I'm done defending him and expecting him to come good. He'll leave in the summer.

3.) 20 Apr 2025 07:40:37
I've always tried to back Nunez thought there was a player there and still do. But do question his attitude sometimes. Shame think at the right club could come good, maybe the lack of pressure in the Saudi league will do him good.

4.) 20 Apr 2025 08:25:03
I think nunez just bit immature both on the field and off the field to succeed at really big club like lfc. Seems bit sulky if things don't go his way, he nobody to blame but himself he has had loads of games both with klopp and slot but just hasn't played well enough.
Not to say that he won't do well somewhere but I think it will be at a level of club bit lower.

5.) 20 Apr 2025 08:48:57
Nunez may have had an emotional baggage, he came to us raw, I got the impression from first few games that he couldn’t live with the club and the legacy of his compatriot Suarez.

When it started to go wrong (first sending off), reset couldn’t be pressed in his mind, up hill battle from that point imo.

6.) 20 Apr 2025 09:19:18
He’s just not technically good enough to play in the premier league.
He can’t time his runs, he doesn’t need to be “close to offside” he has so much pace and physicality that he should aim to be 6 inches onside when running. Sadly he can’t seem to get it right. If he’s not training hard enough that makes sense as this is something that should be easily sorted in training.

Secondly his finishing is erratic. He tries to smash the casing off the ball instead of making sure his finish is on target. Again, should be worked on in training.

A striker who’s often offside and can’t finish - yeah there are plenty of those in the Championship.

7.) 20 Apr 2025 09:34:42
It would be a shame if Nunez went to Saudi. He's better than that and would be great in Spain, Portugal, Germany or another league just below the PL. He would have more time on the ball and get plenty of goals.
Unfortunately, Saudi is the place we'd recoup the most money so it's the most likely place for him to go.
That money would also mean we can spend it on the best replacement we can afford so Saudi it is.

8.) 20 Apr 2025 10:58:29
id keep him over jota and Diaz he’s quick and direct i think the slow build up play the last two seasons have got him frustrated, for a plan B he’d be perfect get him on last 15-20 mins and change the possession based to full throttle while teams are tiring.

9.) 20 Apr 2025 11:28:49
If a player has not fitted into the system his team play in two seasons then it is not going to work nothing against the player he just can not get to grips with what the club want and has to be moved on . Nunez is of that stature he will be good else where and good luck to him but not for LFC YNWA.

10.) 20 Apr 2025 12:10:23
Nunez seemed to get a free ride with some fans and the word chaos was used to justify his play. In 40 years of playing and watching football I’ve never heard the word chaos used to describe and big up a footballer until a few seasons ago. You can’t even measure it in a game.

I’ve supported both him and Jota but it’s clear to see they aren’t suited to or what Slot wants so happy to see both move on and Slot bring in a striker (s) that he wants.

11.) 20 Apr 2025 12:30:46
I'm not sure that he's not good enough for the premier league, last season he was on par with the best forwards in Europe in terms of high quality shots in the box and xg, he just didn't manage to convert them. Theoretically speaking he should have had a 20 goal season in the prem last year, that's why we were predicting he would explode this year with more composure in front of goal. He was a different player under klopp, I don't think this is a controversial argument to make.

He doesn't fit the way slot wants his number 9 to play, that's fair enough and he hasn't managed to adapt his mindset or his game to suit it. He is still a good player and not championship level, maybe not the top top level talent we were expecting him to be (though we don't know the improvement he could have made if klopp had stayed), he just needs to find a team that can suit him.

12.) 20 Apr 2025 12:41:20
Absolutely no reason to keep Nunez, has contributed nothing this season and his attitude has been crap. Out of the 6 attackers he's the first one i would show the door, not Premier League standard never mind Lfc.

13.) 20 Apr 2025 16:47:22
Klopp dropped him, as well, so I don't agree with this he doesn't fit into Slot's style of play thing.
If the game was played without a ball and without offside rules he might have been ok.

14.) 20 Apr 2025 22:15:05
Yeah Rigsby, if the nets were 30 foot high too.

25 Feb 2025 16:46:55
Hi Ed, do you happen to know if the rumours are true about Real Madrid not confirming their agreement to sign Trent until after the season is over (out of respect to Liverpool)? Or is this simply the Madrid media fabricating stories. Many thanks mate.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - Madrid don't even know the meaning of the word respect.}

1.) 25 Feb 2025 18:28:04
Still think he'll sign ed001? I think his head is in Madrid but maybe I'm over analysing his performances.

{Ed001's Note - I have no idea, but his head is certainly not in Madrid.}

2.) 25 Feb 2025 18:44:37
Hello ed1 hope u well. U have always being reasonably optimistic all 3 would stay and extend there contracts. Are u still of that opinion?

{Ed001's Note - yes.}

3.) 25 Feb 2025 19:08:27
Hilarious response ed. I agree, i still have hope he stays.

4.) 26 Feb 2025 02:36:52
Polls are running about 85/ 15 he will leave. Ed001 may be just about on his own here. Still luv yah though mate!

5.) 26 Feb 2025 03:11:09
Hope you're right Ed1 but I have a feeling he's going to end up gone mate. It just seems too late now but who really knows maybe the three lads are just waiting to see how this season goes before signing on the dotted line. Imagine if we win the league and all three go ahead and sign contracts, would be icing on the cake that!

6.) 26 Feb 2025 04:12:44
@Kaiser, of the people making up the 85% who think he will leave, how many do you think actually have any knowledge or 3vidence that he is leaving?

7.) 26 Feb 2025 05:03:52
@West Who needs knowledge or team PR? Body language and intuition is about all you need now mate. I'm sure that's nearly all of it.

8.) 26 Feb 2025 06:54:49
Contract renewals are never straightforward and with big players it’s always cat and mouse tactics. Look at alphonso Davies and Kimmich, both were out the door in the media and Davies mooted to have an argument in place with Madrid for almost the last year and yet both are staying put and signing lucrative contracts. I’m not saying Trent is staying but he is not above hard negotiations and contract shenanigans the same as Salah and his agent have been doing for years! Plenty more twists and turns in this!

9.) 26 Feb 2025 11:06:41
Ha I always appreciate your plain disdain for Real Madrid, Ed.

{Ed001's Note - disdain? Moi? Never!}

10.) 26 Feb 2025 12:08:54
Intuition eh? It’ll be casting the runes next.

11.) 26 Feb 2025 12:40:14
Kaiser Chief and the tea leaf.

12.) 26 Feb 2025 19:06:38
They have either already signed or already agreed to go elsewhere in my opinion. If they were going to stay it would make no sense to not sign on immediately on a higher wage. When was the last time anyone of us said to their boss "That pay rise looks great thanks. I'll accept it in 4 months time though if that ok with you?! "

Welcome Florian!

09 Jun 2025 20:51:18
Ed01, do you remember the transfer window when we had Brendan Rodgers in charge and there was talk of us signing Konoplyanka? The site was going crazy until midnight when our dreams of a new signing got shattered. Can you believe how far we’ve come since then…

Can’t wait for Wirtz and Kerkez. Have a good one mate.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - ah yes we made a mess of thar one anyway. The club chairman was a bit of an arse to be fair but still, we did mess it up. So nice to be signing top quality these days.}

1.) 09 Jun 2025 21:47:42
From what I read felt a bit sorry as the chairman basically knowing last few hours of window tried to up the agreed price - basically torpedoing his move.

Can’t judge how would have worked out if he joined, but did win a cup with Sevilla.

2.) 09 Jun 2025 23:41:15
I remember it as if it were yesterday what year was it?

3.) 10 Jun 2025 00:13:44
Feels like a lifetime away from that period now, those were bonkers days!

4.) 10 Jun 2025 00:49:31
also goes to show how we can get a bit giddy over players who don't turn out to match up the level of stress we exhibit for not signing them lol.

5.) 10 Jun 2025 04:25:12
To that point, faith, remember Alex teixeira?

26 Apr 2025 21:02:11
Ed, that fella you like from Brighton… Baleba, what a finish that was in the dying seconds! Him and Szobozslai in our midfield would be immense - do you know if we might push for him in the summer? Cheers mate.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - I don't believe we will move for him sadly.}

Baleba just isn't the kind of player slot favours in midfield. He likes hyper athletic runners and technically gifted pivots.

The DM position doesn't seem to exist to slot.

I love reading this site but it’s so doomy and gloomy at the moment. I’d like to blame Tris (sorry mate) for brining to our attention how incompetent Hughes is at his job… on a serious note, hope the inactivity in the summer and this window doesn’t derail our season.

That’s a bit doom and gloomy isn’t it mate ?.

2.) 17 Jan 2025 17:36:48
Touché ? you got me there mate.

3.) 17 Jan 2025 19:58:15
The doom and gloom posts certainly have a place on this site. Not everyone can be as upbeat as myself ?.
Some of the best gloomy posts have had the best responses and make for some great reading.
Personally I don't want anything to change on this brilliant site.

4.) 17 Jan 2025 20:21:55
It’s all just a reflection of the sentiment around football Milan. We love it, it’s a great sport and a passion, but in this era it feels like there’s a massive disconnect between owners, to a degree players as well, and fans.

It follows the money. When Arsenal beat us to the league at Anfield back in the day no one really ever talked about money, or owners or whatever. If it happens again it’ll all be about the transfer committee.

5.) 18 Jan 2025 09:41:12
Personally hope we win so that people can move on from complaining about no signings to loaning that FSG need to spend to win a title.

Hey Tris, hope you’re doing well mate. Just out of curiosity, who would you have to replace Nunez and lead the line? You’ve said in the past (correct me if I’m wrong) that Osimhen misses too many chances, which is the problem we have with Nunez. But I’d like to see him in a Liverpool shirt. I feel Isaak would be too expensive for us. Cheers.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - Lautaro Martinez would be a good signing but unlikely at best. Sesko or Openda would probably be the most realistic potential replacements.}

1.) 13 Jan 2025 20:17:24
Next round of PSR charges due to be announced tomorrow. It’s being suggested in the media Chelsea could be called in for further analysis. Don’t know if any others are under scrutiny as there were some strange deals done for home grown players just before the deadline.

2.) 13 Jan 2025 20:21:46
Maybe the RB “Head of Global Soccer” can put in a good word for us with Sesko.

3.) 13 Jan 2025 23:17:17
Would rather Cunha to be honest.

{Ed001's Note - I forgot about him - he would be my first choice.}

4.) 13 Jan 2025 23:34:07
Would love Cuhna. Bobby vibes, PL ready and tested.

5.) 14 Jan 2025 01:03:05
Any idea if Cunha is attainable Ed? Rumour has it he’s going to do a Mac Allister style contract renewal first with wolves?

{Ed001's Note -they need funds and would let him go if he wanted to.}

6.) 14 Jan 2025 01:21:16
Will wolves sell cunha in midseason ed? They are fighting relegation right.

7.) 14 Jan 2025 06:56:25
Mbuemo from Brentford would be my choice.

8.) 14 Jan 2025 08:31:27
I just never rated Mbuemo.

Love you Ed (in a non-sexual way) . I still remember the night you did a livestream, and announced that Rodgers is getting sacked in the morning. I believe it was off the back of the Merseyside derby. I was so excited and relieved to see him go. This is on another level. Only Isaak would come close.

Milan_Baros

{Ed001's Note - I can't think of another player that would be this exciting. I don't normally get excited by transfers these days, but this one is exciting.}

Robbo my friend. You’re either having us all on (which is easy to do considering me and a few are checking the world wide interweb for updates every 30 minutes) or you’re an absolute legend who’s going to make our night. Which one is it lad?

In the words of Carra.

A couple of reasons I would say, weather is great £, fresh challenge to reignite his career £, he’d score a lot of goals £, can’t think of anymore £….

Yeah I had to triple check to make sure it wasn’t fake. Shows a lot of maturity from the young lad to come out and say that. Despite the price tag, he’s not going to come in with an ego and make demands, which I love. Can’t wait to see him in our kit. This really cheered me up.

He certainly deserved more opportunities to play this season, despite the injury problems. I feel he would’ve provided more of a goal threat at times than Nunez and Jota - who have both been poor.

*Sorry everyone, I meant Gakpo and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (wishful thinking if it happens) can cover the left wing position.
