Ed002 - are Liverpool pursuing Patson Daka and Calonohoglu? Sorry for the spelling haha.

KingKlopp96

{Ed002's Note - Search.}

Patson Daka and Nico Barrella for me. Then crack on with pre season.

Think we will have a hard time signing new players after that kit was released haha.

I joking but I don't like it. No need for innovation when it comes to the reds home kit.

The 'crimson? ' Is meant to represent the glow from the porta game in 1964 after we wore all red for the first time. Shankly said, "there was a glow on the field from the new kit".

Its ORANGE!

1.) 20 May 2021 11:31:47
I’m all for innovation with the kits to be fair, can’t keep relying on nostalgia and worn out designs.

However i do expect some common sense with what colours look good together and Red and Orange sure as hell ain’t it.

2.) 20 May 2021 11:42:06
Red and white - done.

I will say though we seem to be the only club who year on year have a dog ugly kit.

No matter who makes them. We always seem to have one.

Remember the purple monstrosity the other year?

3.) 20 May 2021 11:48:07
I'll be glad when this contract with Nike is up. Their kits are the worst in my view.

4.) 20 May 2021 11:51:13
To be fair I think it’s an improvement on the blue sleeved one, but I also hated that one lol.

5.) 20 May 2021 12:14:05
Don’t think it’s bad and it’s not orange!
Crimson from Nike is like a bright pink.

6.) 20 May 2021 12:18:23
I hear from reliable sources that we have an upcoming sponsorship announcement regarding a tie up with Tango.

7.) 20 May 2021 12:35:43
It is the worst looking home kit ever. The orange is baffling at least Nike will be remembered for the ugliest shirts we ever had if nothing else I do like the away one though with the collar. How long is our contract with these amateurs? Adidas or reebok made the best kits. I think our boys will be ripped to shreds before the game even starts for this atrocity and I would want the season to end ASAP just to get a new home shirt. Anyway here’s hoping we beat palace on Sunday and we can give big Virg champs league next season can’t wait to see him back for us. Maybe next year against Everton we play the reserves so they can’t ruin our season again with pure thuggery 😂.

8.) 20 May 2021 16:19:37
I try not to complain too much about kits; I even grew to like this year's away, but this home kit is atrocious. There's not a worse color (aesthetically) they could have picked to go with red. Also, who named that color "crimson"? It's definitely neon peach.

Ed002 can't find the original post people have alluded to but have you confirmed Liverpool owners are the creator of this ESL?

KingKlopp96

{Ed002's Note - RTFP.

1.) 20 Apr 2021 22:07:03
Even if they were, all six signed up so all six should be condemned together. Just because Chelsea and Man City have pulled out shouldn’t save them at all.

{Ed002's Note - The teflon coated Liverpool fans are back shouting it's someone elses fault. Pitiful.}

2.) 20 Apr 2021 22:32:06
Not at all Ed02, I think all should be pushed under the bus, Liverpool included. I have a lot of respect for you but you should re RTP and apologise to me.

{Ed002's Note - You are simply looking to blame others - Chelsea have already made it clear the plan was misrepresented.}

3.) 20 Apr 2021 22:33:44
It was Liverpool and Man United leading this pure and simple!

4.) 20 Apr 2021 22:34:37
Come on ED02 some comments just aren't called for, especially comments about things being other peoples fault, everyones feeling this and people are going to share opinions, he's not wrong when he says everybody needs treating the same, none of this should have happened and its been a shambles from start to finish, nobody on here is blaming anyone else but our own, the way fsg have dealt with this is shameful, but cut us some slack buddy we're all just trying to work this out and we're all still wondering where this is going to end up.
I appreciate your getting a lot of repeat questions to be honest.

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool and Manchester United are behind it and at least two clubs were misled.}

5.) 20 Apr 2021 22:43:34
No I’m not Ed02, I believe you if you say Liverpool instigated it, Everybody knows the embarrassing stuff the club have done in the past few years. But i believe that Chelsea signed up, must have done their research so shouldn’t have a get out of jail free card. I do value your contribution to the site Ed02 and am not one of the Ed bashing morons.

{Ed002's Note - What research is that. Chelsea were misled. That has been made clear - the same is true of Manchester City. You need to stop scratching around looking for excuses.}

6.) 20 Apr 2021 22:52:03
Surely it must have been misrepresented to all clubs? I will be honest from the outside looking in, it does smell of a bit of self preservation.

I would expect all the clubs to come out and say they were "misrepresented"

7.) 20 Apr 2021 22:47:52
Ed02, this is not about Liverpool or blame of anyone. But if these plans we signed off and the documents legally binding then how did the plan get misrepresented? Wasnt it in black and white? I'm sure they had they legal dept check everything before signing up.

{Ed002's Note - It was presented to Chelsea and misrepresent by the person presenting it.}

8.) 20 Apr 2021 22:56:53
Misled? Come on. seriously! Any contract they would have signed would have been gone through thoroughly by their very expensive legal teams. They have pulled out because of the backlash, pure and simple. Not because they were ‘misled’. I’m sorry but that’s just a cop out! I’m not blaming anyone else, the LFC owners have acted disgracefully but all the clubs involved share responsibility in this.

{Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with any contract. The standard Liverpool supporters not accepting the truth and blaming others.}

9.) 20 Apr 2021 23:09:46
Ed002 with all due respect, saying Chelsea were "misled" makes them sound like a bunch of teenagers. It would be naive to think they didn't know what was going on regardless of how it was misrepresented to them.

{Ed002's Note - That would be Manchester City who were misled as well. Keep defending the liars.}

10.) 20 Apr 2021 23:13:44
Once again you respond with ‘blaming others’. It’s NOT ABOUT blaming others. You are trying to excuse the other clubs. All involved in this are guilty. You seem to want one club hung out to dry because the others were ‘misled’ and I don’t see people buying that I’m sorry.

{Ed002's Note - No, the two culprits are Liverpool and Manchester United - and one of them misled other clubs. The fans don’t grasp this and as is usual come out and try and blame anyone but Liverpool. It is no different than the fans trying to protect the racist Suarez. Now the club has from the gutter stepped back from the whole thing themselves - it is embarrassing, any remaining respect and trust has gone. And you the fans whine on and on and look to blame others.}

11.) 20 Apr 2021 23:18:35
Ed, I'd say that it is a minority of LFC fans who are blaming others. Most of us are pissed the fu## off at the behaviour of the club throughout this whole thing.

{Ed002's Note - Nobody said it is all fans - but there is always the same trend who don’t seem to care about embarrassing themselves and getting laughed at by everyone else.}

12.) 20 Apr 2021 23:34:19
Liverpool fans always blame others.
Chelsea were misled, it wasn’t their fault.

13.) 20 Apr 2021 23:46:00
No argument Ed. I understand your point.

{Ed002's Note - Thanks - it has changed back to abuse from some of the vegetables now. Sunday I was being abused as being responsible for all of this, now I am being abused for god knows what. they don’t want to hear the truth unfortunately Stone. At 8AM this morning Boston time FSG knew about the huge backlash that was going on. Those who monitor how the businesses are view in the press, and social media were reporting the death spiral it was all heading in to.]

14.) 21 Apr 2021 00:18:56
Nobody here is defending Liverpool. But Chelsea shouldn't be excused either. In fact, saying that Chelsea were "misled", instead of holding them responsible for their part, would count as "blaming others"

{Ed002's Note - You are clearly not bright enough to understand that someone persuaded other clubs to sign up for something by telling lies - that is unacceptable.}

15.) 21 Apr 2021 01:01:56
Thank you for your contribution and insight. It’s most appreciated.

{Ed002's Note - Thanks Stone.}

Do you think we will go back for Caleta Ed's?

KingKlopp96

{Ed002's Note - No, I have explained what happened.}

1.) 02 Feb 2021 23:29:58
Cheers ed. I meant to say in the summer but ships probably sailed now?

Great buy for whomever gets him. Those cross field passes, wow.

{Ed002's Note - You obviously have no read what I wrote.}

Bellingham doesn't play on the left of a front 3?

My point is Henderson and fabinho start so the next player is next to them. If we signed bellingham then that's Jones in gone.

We wouldn't have a midfield of jones bellingham and fabinho.

KingKlopp96

{Ed002's Note - Bellingham won't be signing.}

Yea heard it could be cala from across, names a nightmare to spell. On a free. Looks decent. Only ever seen his free kicks and long shots but looks a bit of alright and at 27 could have a few good years and not completely block the path for curtis. Whereas a Bellingham would.

Midfielder and attacker an absolute must.

Let's not get into this again with the we have this an that. The same as last summer with the 3 cbs.

We need a midfielder to replace gini. Give Jones time and space to develop.

KingKlopp96

{Ed0666's Note - nehaus/bissouma for me and any striker/winger.

Jordz. What do you mean one injury?

Like same injury over and over. Or a prolonged one that he hasn't gotten over yet? Because if you mean the latter then you are wrong.

The guy has has some really long and serious injuries. Yes he is growing, fast and young. It might well straighten itself out but you can't pay 40 million for the risk. I would rather pay 70 million in 3 years knowing he has been injury free for that time.

We won't touch him with a barge pole.

Those injuries will keep him at RB for a few years until he can prove he's overcome them. They are redicously substantial and in areas that will reoccur.

90-150 days each time.

He is quality but I just don't believe for one second we will take a risk. Not unless it was a really cut price deal. If, however, we have 40 million available for a cb then i think we will go elsewhere. Just to caveat that 'cut price deal' it might be a Jota style one, 40 million but over many years. Then I could see it happening.

Is this post really liverpool fans arguing about whether or not we should sign Mbappe? Like we are about to offer him a contract.

1, it's never happening
2, if it did then we should all pray to whomever our god is and thank him.

I think we must delve deeper into the details. How many of those injuries came about theough impact and how many through red zone injuries.

Vvd for example wasnt the medical department.

I agree with all of you though. The infrastructure is key. However, the year before I don't believe we had a single injury to anyone significant to the first team (everyone plays a huge part) I mean the big boys.

Then this year. Is there a chance Klopp got wrapped up in the frustration of the schedule and didn't put more effort into rest/ rotation like he should of.

I think we will see a lot more extra time which equals more playing time for the players.

Chance of less magic moments.

"Corner taken quickly"

Dortmund have a buy back clause I think.

If they bring in all that money from Haaland and then quickly bring in Isak. I will have to take my hat off to them for awesome planning.

KingKlopp96

{Ed077's Note - Dortmund do indeed have a €30m buy back clause for Isak.

Would cost a fortune.

Today's performance added another cool 10 mil. As will each game if he Carrie's on.

Best to leave buying british unless on a free, champsionship/ good deal or the academy.

Far to expensive. Ben white going to go circa 45 mil. We got gomez for 3.4 so keep it like that for the home grown.

KingKlopp96

{Ed0666's Note - would rather have bissouma or nehaus
