Its a shame if this quote has come from a genuine source but, unattributed, I can only assume the OP is "quoting" from an 'expert' from Twitter.
{Ed001's Note - a Qatari journalist has made a similar quote but no idea how reliable he would be or how much idea he would have of dealings between Liverpool and a Qatari consortium.}

Some people have said that this is the same Qatari journalist that broke the news of Salah's new contract. However, hard to verify as many have claimed to be the ones that broke it. But, according to some he was the guy.
The journalist gave the story to Anfield talk, who released the story. The reason why many are believing this is because, a day later, The Independent confirmed that a selection process would begin in January to determine the front runners for ownership. Apparently a group in Qatar, not sure who, are front runners but do not want partial ownership, but instead full, and are willing to spend 4 billion to acquire Liverpool FC fully.
Time will tell if this is true, still expect to see lots of twists and turns until Liverpool's future is decided. Hopefully soon because the uncertainty is troubling. If we get news owners, fully, they will need time to assess the club, top to bottom, in order to see what needs improving. Then, there focus will almost certainly be the first window. The new owners would, undoubtedly, want to make a strong impression, to show the rest of the world that they are serious about their investment.
Fingers crossed everything works out well, whatever happens.

Qataris aren’t interested in Liverpool. There’s an offer and it’s coming from an Emirati state but it’s Saudi which will cause issues. Other than that there is a lot of interest but a long way off….

Now more than ever, switch trent to a mid for the rest of the season.
I don't see a valid reason not too.
We lack energy and goals from midfield. He would provide both.
We wouldn't lose his passing range as he would still produce it in a similar style to Gerrard did and De Bryune does now.
We are consistently targeted at RB and is this effecting Salah also?
A midfield of Bellingham, Trent and Thiago does not sound to shabby.
Who do we play RB instead, well let's be honest Milner has been better at RB this season. No idea what's up with Ramsey but id even play Gomez there for the remainder he for sure gives better defensive cover.
Will it happen, no unfortunately but it should, as above there is literally no valid reason not too!

Just an idea gents/ ladies im not saying trent hasn't done a good job he clearly has however he is currently being targeted and we also have an issue in midfield I do not for one moment think I know more than Klopp im just putting it out there that it could be an idea. Im not saying everyone will or does agree and love the banter replies.
I could see Trent being a top top cm who could get more goals for the side and impact the game still without as much need for tracking all the way back to RB.
I agree he is probably our only true RB but if we are not going to sign anyone for CM do we lose anything by trying?
Anyway no offence all just an idea!

Trent should play in his best position. We don’t need to do anything drastic.
If the correct signing comes up liverpool will attempt to sign him.
If not, we wait for our injury ravaged squad to get fit again and we have the tools needed to win most games.

I'm not sure how Trent would fair in midfield tbf. But I am quite reluctant to just play him there. How long has he trained in that position? Would he be able to form a partnership with the other midfielders? We can't just drop him in a position he has not played for us before and expect him to perform immediately.
