I've heard a rumour that the main three players that we're working on for the summer are Bellingham (obviously! ), Barella and Gvardiol. Any truth to the latter two? Cheers ED's.

{Ed002's Note - Nicolo Barella (CM) Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid have had approaches turned away. Don't be surprised of a significant offer from PSG or a further approach from Real Madrid - but Inter don't wish to sell and would no doubt demand €100M or so. Liverpool or Spurs may show an interest but Inter have not been approached by either although they have sent scouts. The player does not wish to leave and is expected to sign a new contract. Long term interest of Chelsea went with the player wanting to stay in Italy - although they could yet try to persuade him otherwise.}

If anyone wants us to sign every single player then go and sign them in FIFA or football manager. if we sign one of them our window will b done probably in real life ?.

Thanks for that Ed! With most of the hoo-ha being around Bellingham I was hoping we might be able to sneak this guy in somehow, really rate him. Oh well, can't blame him for wanting to stay in Italy, lovely place. Cheers.

Evening Ed's, I'm a first time poster so please be gentle!
I am somewhat confused by our apparent lack of interest now in Moreno; I thought a deal was close a few weeks back (just a difference in how both parties wanted the payments set up etc.) Now, with LS's sale, we should have plenty of cash to pay what they want up front, yet we appear to be looking elsewhere. why, after being so keen?
The other names I've seen linked with us for LB don't really fill me with confidence, but I have heard great things about Moreno.

There's no one available (as of right now) that fits the bill at DM for us, so I think we're going for a solution that allows for future suitable acquisitions, whilst keeping a reletively steady ship for now.

haha good one John! I can honestly say that I've not seen much of Doucoure, though there is obviously a pressing need for a DM, and if he's as good as others have suggested then I'm happy. Also, Liverpool need to take their business back behind closed doors, no more embarrassment please! XD.

@SzSz8 I think getting those two would be better than getting Caicedo, my only issue would be Valverde's motivation - could he be prone to sulking if forced to leave Madrid?
