To the person who lives by the globe in l8 I live right by the globe just of north hill street ( park road end ) amity street so fowlers uncle told u Robbie will take over the youth team ? Which piss head was it claiming to be fowlers uncle , I know he's from these neck of the woods but from my experience Thers been about 90 fellas claiming ther fowlers uncle over the years round park road so I wouldn't take them to serious m8 . Sorry to go on Ed but how likely do you think it is we will sign Canales, Banega and Defour this summer?

Been thinking about who could replace Reina should he leave in the summer and i reckon Green could do a great job with decent defenders in front of him, he would also be sensibly price

I reckon Manuel Neuer is the best keeper in the world at present. If the Yanks are cheap @sses then Ben Foster (who has improved plenty this year) or Hennesy perhaps.

i have been looking at a few players who would be a nice addition to our offensive and i have found af favourite. Marek Hamsik from Napoli. . i think we have been linked with him before? he is a fantastic player who scores and make his team mate look good and we could use that. Are there any chances to get him and what do you think of him?

Ed whats the chance of us snapping up Lennon from Spurs especially after the argument over the Madrid game, especially if they don't get Champions League this year? Plus spurs look like they're on their way down (out of europe/ probably losing bale in summer). Im thinking £15m would be well spent on Lennon and probably accepted. Brilliant team mate for Carroll and co with his pace and assists.

Afternoon Ed is there anything in the talk I am hearing about Kadlec from Bayer Leverkusen? I know he's not one of the big names that have been linked with us but he is a good solid defender and would, in my opinion, be good business.

LFC HAVE been offered both the players mentioned above, but only want one of them (as they play in the same position) and the preference is, surprisingly, Gago (only a surprise because of his recent injury issues and I think Diarra is a better player) - We have enquired about the following as part of the deal: Arbeloa (doubtful, as he left 'partly' because he was homesick) - Caneles (poss) - Benzema (was poss before he hit a little form).

Ed are we genuinely after Sergio Canales of Madrid?
Personally I can't see them letting him go, he's still young and has bags of potential.
Don't get me wrong would love him at Anfield but I can't see them allowing such a talent to leave.
Hope I'm wrong could you shed any light on this? {Ed002's Note - They may consider a loan deal but would want the player to be playing regularly.}

He is very good player however he doesn't fit our criteria being around 28 years old I think? In my opinion that's reason enough to think he will not be making the move especially because we are being linked with alot younger wingers
