I've recently seen posts regarding manè leaving this summer, would be interesting to see if the club had made any initial contract negotiations with him and see what he wants. I personally can't see us getting much for him and would probably keep if he would sign a new say 2 year deal. Along with this has anyone actually shown any interest in him? Its all good and well saying sell him. this summer, but I actually haven't seen any reports of interested teams?
{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of the contract situation but clearly the club have been trying to deal with Salah. I am not aware of any declared intered in Mane at this time.}

I'd keep him longer too if possible, don't think we'd recieve much of a transfer fee for him. Still a top player who has huge experience of big games and maybe the likes of Musialowski or Clark could replace him in a few years.

We'd get more for Mane than most think. He's not some busted flush ready to be written off.
Don't be surprised if he's here for another season or two yet.

Please stop trying to sell out better players lads and lasses! Forget the money. Let FSG handle that. Mane needs to stay. We want to win every competition and these are the levels that we need to be able to rotate off our bench. He is still a top player and will start 30+ games with good cup runs.

Agree with most of these posts, give him a new contract that takes him up to 32/ 33. The lad is only 29, he’s got 2/ 3 productive years on him yet, especially now as we have added more quality upfront to rest him every so often. He’s a menace on the pitch still so I don’t know why we want to let him go and leave ourselves short again?
Obviously if someone offers £50m then fine but that is extremely unlikely!

Keep Mane, he's still a baller. He's got a few good yrs in him like some have said to 32yr old and probably still get most of what we paid for him. Win win.

Cheers for response ed002, regarding manè I can't imagine lfc wanting to deal with prem clubs if was to sell him. I would pressume real Madrid have other targets aswel as barca. So would imagine would only be PSG who would be a viable option?

Mane or Salah or both are going to be sold in the summer. Mane would be my educated guess, we didn’t buy Diaz to sit on the bench.

I think FSG have proven time and time again that when it comes to money and player purchases, it is all done behind closed doors and we know very little until it is done. Leave the running of the club to the owners and support the players while they wear the beautiful red shirt. Save the conjecture for click bait journalists and enjoy the ride. We have a great team, we always have a team we love and I feel we spend far too much time worrying about what ifs and players we don’t have, instead of enjoying what we do have, which is the best manager, staff and team that we have had in a long, long time.

I bet we don’t sell either Mane or Salah in the summer - we won’t get anywhere near the price that we would want for either of them. That said Whilst it’s fun to speculate I wouldn’t have the first clue what FSG would consider acceptable particularly if yo factor in who (again I’d have no idea who it might even be) they might wish to buy as a replacement and at what price.

Even if Bobby and Mane want a final move somewhere else, it makes more sense to keep them until the end of their contracts, in order that we try and win as much as possible during Klopp's last 2 seasons.
This way they have the added motivation of knowing that where they end up depends on how well they play, which should bring the absolute best out of them.
On another tip, if i had to bet on where Klopp will go next, My money is on Napoli or Athletico Madrid. failing that he can have a year off and come back to the reds.

I think Klopp will likely take a sabbatical from the game personally whilst he waits for the next project. He doesn't seem the type to rush into jobs. Napoli is a good shout - historic team with great past success and fan base-definitely a Klopp project.

I’m hoping the AFCON victory fires Sadio back into his old form. And the loss for Salah will keep him hungry for Medals.
This was probably the best result for Liverpool.
