Liverpool needs to bring a striker in january ! you can't rely on slow old lambert, injury prone sturridge or dumb balotelli ! and we knew how rodgers dislike borini. the team goes forward lots of time against black cats but so hard to believe there is no single player to do some tricks in the box and shoot to the goal ! such embarrassing !

Hi eds I know you say we have interest in Neto, do we still hold interest in Sergio Romero and how far did our interest go in the summer?

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool has made it known that they wish to sign Fiorentina's Neto on a pre-contract in January Neto but they cannot talk with the player before then. Sergio Romero might well be an alternative but I will note there has been supposition based on discussions Liverpool had with his agent - but they were about another player. Again Romero will be a free agent next summer. Fiorentina are looking for a new deal with Neto.}

What concerns me is that we're scouting keepers who are both not strong on crosses or play in a league where keepers aren't put under any physical challenge.
