Hi Ed sorry to dig up old news but I'm trying to understand this now FSG John W Henry has admitted this weekend regarding Luis Suarez's buyout clause for £40m can Arsenal do anything like bring FSG to court?

Ed001 have Liverpool looked at either Sami Khedira or inhler? Champions league football next season I hope and we need some defensive players! Also striker wise, will we spend big bucks (10m+) or see how Borini develops?
