Klopp will give Trent the support he needs he will be devastated no doubt every young footballer wants to be at the big tournaments! This will hopefully make him stronger and more determined to succeed and make that crow nose clown the mistake he made!

To me it's a bit like not selecting a young Dani Alves because you've gone for Gary Neville and Danny Mills. If the Southgate does this I'll wager Trent ends up having a better summer than him.

Hasn’t been confirmed but if true I’m speechless. This whole TAA going to the Euros has honestly got on my nerves. Not sure why it’s even a debate about him being in the side let alone the squad. Best right back England have but Southgate will most likely not pick him and start Tripper. The irony is on that same line of thinking Sterling should not make the squad because his form has been iffy this season but he will most probably start. I also don’t see it as a good thing for us because TAA is competitive and not to mention is still young so I’m gutted for him if the news is true.

If I was Trent and left behind I would not play for him again. He said he was dropped for form but kept picking Pickford no matter how bad he was for Everton. Southgate is a joke media hungry idiot he showed that when he turned on Foden and Greenwood he said it was all done with then after an awful performance he chucked them under the bus same with Walker after his red card see he was upset in the interview but instead of support he goes on about how he should know better. Never should have got the job after making money out of his penalty miss straight after it. Horrible man.

Southgate is England manager for one reason and one reason only - he will never discuss or attack the way that football development happens in this country because he actively wants the sort of average bricks of a player that it produces. Which would be far more of a problem is I have a damn about international football never mind England in international football, but it does say a lot about the future of the sport in this country without a radical change of personnel in charge.

Being 100% selfish. I’m glad. He gets a rest. He certainly stepped up after the recent exclusion and if it means he plays out his skin next season with point to prove. Awesome. I’m not into international football except tournaments. U21 was good tonight. Anyway, England are not going to win this so there’s disappointment saved too.
But am gutted for TAA cause it’s important for him. At least everyone within pundits and a like are shocked which should give him a slight cushion to this blow.

I'm completely gutted for TAA if that's true. but let's not wish the whole England team fail for christs sake its the only footy we've got until August. I've not felt the same about England teams since 96 but I'll still cheer them on against any team in Europe especially since the Eurovision fiasco.

if the manager don't want the player so what?, also you need to remeber that you have your rose specs on and think every liverpool players is the best ever which again is not true, trent is a top player and a good offensive full back I think the best going forward in world or was 12 months ago, but there are 3 rbs walker, james, bissaka who are all better defensively having watch all 4 for quite some time, with james proberly being the happy medium decent going forward, decent at the back although not the best at either.
