What do you make of Florian Thauvin?
What I saw of him against arsenal i, thought he was brilliant. played all the way across the field. good at getting by defenders, has the hunger to shoot and seemed to be everywhere so must be a workhorse and is only 20?
I think he could be a big signing and probably be fairly cheap maybe around the 5-10m which i'd be really happy with.

Eds and reds, I read here a post about us biting the bullet and spending heavily on Luke shaw a few weeks back
After considering this carefully, I'm now pretty sure that that is exactly what we should do.
Spending >£20m on a teen is always considered a gamble, but when that teen is better than anyone you have in their position, and in particular a defender, as well as seemingly calm and clever in terms of conducting himself, is it really a massive risk?
Our left side has let us down in recent years and at the moment our squad lacks on that side of the pitch without doubt.
Eds I know you hate discussing money speculation but how much do you believe Southampton would accept for him and fellow kopites don't you agree we should just put the money on the table and sort out all left back issues for the next 15 years, touchwood he won't have an injury crisis!?
Chelsea spent heavily on a young Ashley cole but as horrible as the guy is off the pitch, on it that's been a great investment. We could do exactly the same with Shaw.
