Hi Eds
Was wondering if Liverpool have had any interest in Samba and Holliet of blackburn? How much would they cost if we were to sign them?

Agree wholeheartedly with the idea of signing Hoilett. We desperately need him. Much needed guile. Could play him and Suarez either side of Andy.

ive been watching cska moscow in the champions league and ive seen a player called Alan Dzagoev he stould out in every game ive watched him so i searched him in on wiki and found out he is only 21 is there any interest from liverpool?

{Ed002's Note - Dzagoev has interested Chelsea in the past but Arsenal have shown a lot of interest this year.}

I believe that his name has been linked with the club in the past, but, as there does not seem to have been any official follow up enquiry it may have been as far as we are prepared to go. It's a shame as he looks a really good player in the making.

Hi Ed, I've been following this player for a while now and he is for sure a very young and very good one, but also with experience at highest level (CSKA reached whith him the 1/4 of CL 3 years ago). I dont think Liverpool are on him, but think they should be cause he is a playmaker but also hardworking.... {Ed002's Note - Liverpool are well aware of him as are many other clubs. Earlier this year Arsenal sent a group to take a look at him - if they wish to follow up their interest mid to late November is the time to do it. Chelsea's interest has seemed to have waned.}

nz {Ed001's Note - he looks good at Championship level, hard to say if he will be able to make the step up, but he certainly looks capable. Yes we are keeping a close eye on him.}

Moses and beckford looked gd at a lower level but haven't stepped it up

Ed's just been listening to radio city phone in on way home , John Aldridge talking with fan's saying that Torres tried to back out of the chelsea deal at the last minute but we had Carroll having a medical at melwood {Ed001's Note - I have heard nothing about that at all. I have no idea where he got that from, maybe just wishful thinking as he was wanting out all season.}

Torres, seemed to be returning to form before his sending off but now seems to have returned to the standard of his earlier Chelsea performances.

The boy for whatever reason just doesn't look happy so perhaps there is more to his transfer to Stamford Bridge then meets the eye.

An on form Torres with Suarez would have been dynamite. Sadly us Liverpool fans will never get to see that!

I doubt very much he had any second thoughts. The deal was agreed between Torres and Roman at the meeting they had during the world cup, his form picked up for us in January because he knew he was leaving.

Thank god for true Reds like Aldo.

A nasty little pr campaign against him, so they could do what Tom Hicks never even dared to do.
NESV do these snide little campaigns over in their sports too.

PS net transfer spend still cancelled out by player wage savings on lower profile/ lower quality replacements... like Carroll.

eds not really like me but do you think there is any chance of Jovetic coming to liverpool in the near future as i watch fiorentina a lot and I love this lad I think he is going to be one the best in the world. Thanks in advance.

Hi eds are these rumours about coloccini true or a load of made up crap? And if we did sign him would he be a good signing? {Ed001's Note - they are all based on us having someone watching Newcastle play, hence the Steven Taylor rumours. Neither are true, I believe, neither are good enough anyway.}

No not in my opinion...

Attitude is horrible and very greedy...

Its quite obvious they were looking at Newcastle's stand out performer Collocini at centre back to shore up the gapping hole in the centre of our defence which is leaking goals

...Or we could be less melodramatic and just drop Carragher. Just a thought.
