I remember being destroyed on here for talking about this lad last year. He certainly seems to fit FSG's policy, I think he'd be great but I don't think he'd come cheap.

Hi eds, just wondered who was looking at Claudio Beauvue of Guingamp. I think he'd be a good back up for us his aerial ability, speed and versatility would suit us

Hello Eds; would Klopp come to LFC without Champions League? Would De Boer?
Personally I'd love to see what Klopp could do if he was to come.
Tactically what is his preferred setup? Is it easily transferable to the EPL?

{Ed001's Note - De Boer would, but not sure about Klopp. Preferred set up? You mean formation? It matters little, if you mean that. If you meant tactically, he favours evolving them to suit the players available, so yes, easily transferable.}

Hopefully we'll get Klopp. His Dortmund team at its peak was the best team I've seen constructed rather than just outright bought. They were an incredibly well balanced team.

Ed001 you said we should go all out for Monchi. Do you have any info if Monchi has been approached or even being talked about as a possible DoF( for Liverpool)? I remember Ed002 telling us that he was learning English while he was in London and I know am adding up stuff but just wanted to know as I like his transfer related activities that could help LFC.

Thank you Ed. I just think him putting in efforts to learn a language other than Spanish could arguably mean he wants to move! I just hope we go out for him as well because Cruyff would never come to us. But am worried if Monchi does come in he will keep Rodgers as he would fancy the Spanish he possess rather than his football intellectuality( Hope its the other way around). Btw am not crucifying Rodgers but just think he is not cut out for winning the league.

Hi ed01 can I ask if you have any information about what will happen with the managerial merry go round come the summer. From what I can gather city will be looking for a new boss ourselves and utd depending on who misses out on cl could be looking at a change. Is arsene likely to stay on for another season. Ancelloti looks like he could lose his job. Enrique at barca looked like he was a goner earlier in season. What's going to happen at psg. Is guardiola to remain at bayern. Simeone signed a new deal today so I presume he's staying and will klopp stay or go. I know you can't possibly answer all of this but just your opinion and who's looking at who
{Ed001's Note - City are already looking, Ancelotti being one possibility, Klopp and Simeone are others they would like. There is also the Juve manager, whose name has totally slipped my mind, who is of interest. Pep would be the one they really wanted above all others though, it is just unlikely to happen this summer.
Wenger is set to stay as things stand.
Madrid are already searching for Ancelotti's replacement.
Enrique has figured out how to work with Messi, it is unlikely he will be going anywhere right now.
No idea what is going to happen with PSG, United were interested in taking Blanc, but getting in the top 4 will probably be enough for LVG to keep his job.
Guardiola right now seems set for one more year at Bayern.
Simeone is happy to stay but will consider offers.}

Just been watching Vietto on YouTube, I no they only show best bits but Jesus he looks a decent player. The Echo have it on there Ed that he is a top target for us. Who else is in for him please and can you see us going all out to get him? Is he at the top of our list in terms of new Striker?
