Ed001/2 are Liverpool keen on signing Sueng woo Lee the barca whizzkid? Said to be their academy's hottest prospect. With that in mind he's not going to be cheap, do a side that wants league titles really want to be taking a punt on a 16yr old Korean who may not hack Brit football. Cheers eds, I'd love your thoughts

{Ed002's Note - He is simply a child and would be subject to numerous rules that would make a move in the short-term very difficult.}

I'd like to go I record to say that should Shaw be attainable them by all means we should make that a priority. I'd happily pay £25m+ for the lad if the owners will sanction that amount of money. Left back position sorted for next 15years.

What is the latest with Reges, Montoya, Valdes and Raul Garcia? These guys all are highly rated yet not snapped up by a top club. A few if not all these guys would add quality to the club (although I understand the salaries would be an issue).
Also, the papers are saying we are interested in Shaw. Assuming this is paper nonsense but do yous have any info. I would rather spend 20 plus million on a player who is young, proven and would be a permanent fixture in the side for the next 5-10 years rather than wasting 8-10 on guys like aspas, alberto etc.
We need 4-5 quality first team players to allow us to challenge in the league and CL next season as let's be honest, Utd, Arsenal, city and chelsea will all spend big (especially if they don't win the league).

Congrats to the team for there performance this season. Even if we don't win the league, we should be proud of pushing city and chelsea to the very end despite spending a fraction of the fees.

Forget Montoya he just signed a new deal with Barca last week. Think it was a 3 or 4 year contract extension
