Looks like we are signing a 16 year old from Celta Vigo, I thought after last summer we couldn’t sign anyone under 18 from abroad?

thanks ed, are you expecting to see a flurry of last minute deals for youth players from abroad?
i know the likes of chelsea, city and united stockpiled foreign youth this summer.

Any interest in Balogun Eds? Few reports saying we may be interested and seems he could be an option to replace Origi and Shaq.
