I hope that this Salah transfer issue gets sorted out quickly. If he is staying (as he has intimated) that will be terrific. If he goes I'd like to thank him for his performance and wish him all the best for the future (except if he plays against Liverpool) . What I would like to say is that Ed 002 has said several times that Mo asked his agent to speak to Real Madrid. He has been playing for Liverpool for the past nine months so I assume that Real Madrid weren't interested. That being the case if I was Salah I would say to Real "You've had your chance but didn't take it! ". The latest comments from those attached to Real about him not being good enough for them will hopefully inspire him to stay and also to put in (another) great performance on Saturday.

What Salah transfer issue are you referring to, OP? Ed02 gave us news, that's all. RM can't get him and LFC aren't selling regardless of price so just chill out and enjoy the masterpiece that Salah and his mates are producing on the field.

As I want full squads and we are getting close to the date, the match fee will be whatever you are happy to donate to SEVA foundation and Macmillan Nurses.

This is brilliant and a great cause, really gutted I can't make it (my brother is home from foreign lands for first time in almost 3 years) .

Okay Ed002 thanks a lot. I have emailed your PA my address. The other team are in red, so a blue kit would be nice. As for sizes I’d say 10 large 4 XL should cover all our beautiful figures. I’m hoping this becomes a yearly cup so will use the same kits each year. Some of the boys may get stage fright if you attend, hopefully you don’t give us the hairdryer treatment at half time 🙈.

Why don’t Liverpool rumours buy 2 kits. Get go fund page and make it an annual thing. Each year get all players/ contributors to sign their name and something they can all look back on in how ever many years.

I know some spots left but if you are going do it Benny do it properly and leave a legacy pal.

Hey Taffy. I do take a little offence to the doing it properly comment 😂

1. It is going to be an annual thing. We have two new kits, kindly bought by Ed002 and Ken.
2. Up till a month a go I had Dermot Gallagher refereeing ( he’s now on Hol, but I’ve emailed another efl referee )
3. We have named it the Matt Hawker cup, a legacy to Ed001s best mate who died from leukaemia.
4. We have a lovely little venue
5. It’s being live streamed on Facebook
6. We should have raised a thousand pounds for the charities
7. We will all be wearing black arm bands in honour of grumpy from the Everton page.
And finally we have people flying in from abroad to play in this game, with the possibility of meeting THE ed 002.
I don’t know to do it any more properly lol.

Long time watcher of the site but only an occasional poster. Really applaud what you are doing and would gladly make a donation. My football days are long gone but I always like a good cause that has some effort behind it.

Gutted to be missing this, flying in from Asia just a bridge too far. Hopefully one of these days it coincides with a business/ holiday trip back home.

One request, can you record the game somewhere so we can watch back? Oh, and at the start can we do a team lineup with each persons site names so we can put a face to Ed’s, Benny, MK, Waro etc. would be fascinating I’m sure.

Finally, make sure if Ed02 turns up, can we arrange for a throne to watch the match and make sure he/ she is suitably dressed in androgynous clothing and wearing a stig helmet. We don’t want to destroy the mystique.
