We smashed them all over the place for 20 mins and didn't score...again. As soon as they scored, we seemed to lose our discipline and the game plan never really looked like it was on once we were behind. Carroll had 2 touches woohoo! Hendersons out of his depth and putting Johnson on at the end when he clearly isn't fit was never going to fix it. Not a happy red.

I say give andy carrol a chance but to tell the truth there is nothing good about him at all they say he can head the ball but when its crossed why does he not bust a gut to get his head to it no?.to be truthfull his touch is rubbisher then rubbish its unbelievable you pass to him he cant even control it. 35 million not wasted but given for free to newcastle he wont get better at all because his crap anyway

I cannot understand for the life of me henderson is not a right winger..he is a central midfielder, so its a bit unfair to be critical of him. Adam is no alonso. He gives the ball away far to often, makes the occasional excellent pass, but wastes it more. Also did you see his attempts to tackle the guy is to slow, giving away needless free kicks in dangerous positions.

Like I said before, Carragher is past his prime. He keep making silly tackles that is giving away penalties and free kicks. He has given away penalties twice in a row! I hope KK is not getting sentimental with him. He has drawn Carrol to the bench. So why not Carra? He is gettiing sloppy in his tackles and allowed Stoke to get a penalty. He is the last piece of jigsaw that should be replaced. Henderson is another one who should have put away a goal. I was gutted to see another inconsistent display by the players with perhaps the exception of Suarez and Enrique. If we can't beat the likes of Stoke,Sunderland and the other midtable teams, we don't deserved to be in Europe even if we can beat Man Utd home and away.

Come on lads 1 bad result and they are all crap and past it hehehehe where is you Y.N.W.A spirit for the lads when they have a bad day.Next week when carrol ,Hendo ,Charlie and Carra have a boss game you will not be slagging them off then.Get behind the lad's dont put em down when they are already feeling down .

As summarised by others, Jamie hasn't the physical presence any more and it's pointless playing Henderson out of position. Carroll will come good, just need a bit of patience.
Gerrard is missed in the middle, hope Kenny selects Henderson to play alongside him when he returns, rather than Lucas/Adams.
Once those positions are sorted, we'll have a decent go.

Amazing is it not that during the window nobody could even hint at being critical towards kk without being slated themselves, but we lose a game and he and his staff have got it all wrong and their buys are not worth a carrot. The way i look at it is nobody is bigger than Liverpool FC even kk and nobody should be above criticism either, but to start being so fickle at this time of the season after 1 defeat is just poor and disrespectful considering the changes that have had to be made there in such a short space of time. kk is there for at least 3 yrs not three games so have a bit of faith.

Your right, when they have a boss game we do not complain (obviously)

however there inconsitency is what makes most reds feel sick. who ever we face no one is certain we wil win, we go to stoke and we doubt ourselves.

look at man utd where ever they go they have the best odds to win. they go down and they fight back, we go down and so do our heads. very dissapointing

Shut up! One loss and everybody is negative! Carroll is crap, henderson is crap, adam is crap and the attidue is all wrong! Come on, britannia is a difficult place to come to. We have a brand new team, give them some time. Henderson is a young lad, adam picked up a little injury and do you really think carroll is gonna be any better if his own fans dont back him up!? I just have a problem with players playing out of position, why was downing on the right?

Why was downing on the right, we spent 20million to sort out our left side and he sticks him on the right :'( herrendous decision. i just do not understand that at all point well made

I really think we missed out on Phil Jones and Ashley Young.. its a different story that Jones didnt want to come to LFC but I think sometimes you need to work harder to land your targets..

Young and Downing would have been amazing together on the flanks. Mata is another one we missed out on.. anyway whats done is done.. Having watched Aquilani at Milan.. still cant stomach why we let Miereles and Aquilani go..

Ferguson was always going to sign Jones but wanted to wait a season to let him mature but once he realised we where in for him he was forced to sign him this season with a higher price.

Being a supporter does not mean you have to be uncritical. That's just mental. Sure, I'll back them when they're on the pitch...that doesn't make them good enough though does it...and no amount of lying to yourself is ever going to change that. I'm really hoping Henderson is only getting a run in the side until Stevies back. The boys not coping well with the spotlight is all. Carroll just aint good enough. I said this before we signed him, why would I change my mind now?

I was just wondering what the deal is with Lucas from Sao paulo... I'm sure it came up with on the ins and ours on ssn that Lucas had signed fir chelsea? I might be wrong but could you clear this up?

Adzii {Ed002's Note - Lucas Piazon has signed for Chelsea and will be available from January. If Lucas Moura becomes available I suspect he will end up in Italy, but Liverpool have been one of numerous clubs to express an interest.}

We are also interested in another American - Lucas Ade. He will certainly add a little energy to the squad!

Ed i saw that ed001 said the other day that we were interested in another lucas during the summer. Do you know if that lucus is lucas moura as we are being linked to him? Also our lucas is really good mates with him so do you think he may be a target in january, i know you said other italian clubs are interested? {Ed002's Note - It was Lucas Moura but I fear Italy is a more likely destination. If he is available in January there will be plenty of interest.}

Is Lucas Moura and Lucas Rodrigues one and the same player? Very confusing all these Lucases in brazillian fotebal.
