Milner for lallana i think, and skrtl trained so maybe him back ( i wouldn't after the defences decent showing the other day ) But other than that I agree with your team.

Come on boys!

Or should I say Illner?

Milner and Lucas are out, I think that's spot on.

Please not moreno anyone and I mean anyone over moreno he's dreadful.

I know he is out, but Lucas should be a centre back now, for me any how. Better than what we have.

Seems you're right. Can I just say though that I hope this isn't the start of our teams being leaked again as they were when the previous regime were in charge.

is Ibe injured or totally out of favour?

I'd like to have seen Flanno instead of Moreno, but he was a bit knackered when he was subbed off against Palace, so can understand him not starting. I think Smith is still out too.

With that and Lucas' injury in mind, I think it's our best side.

Agree0 Disagree12

{Ed001's Note - isn't Flanno not in the Euro list? I had forgotten myself until today, but I am sure it is correct that he was left out as Klopp was not sure he would be ready.}

What's with Ibe? He hasn't been playing much lately.

Lallana was fantastic tonight and has been for a while now! Klopp is fantastic.

Pls replace moreno. His lack of awareness allow rashford a near goal in first few minutes.

Ed001,

You are correct. Caulker was included in the squad as they weren't sure Flanno would be ready.

Hey Eds, any truth in the rumors linking LFC with Jonas Hector and Timo Horn, both of FC Cologne? Apparently the club had scouts watch them quite often this season. Quality players both of them imo. Would be significant upgrades on Migs and Moreno.

Believable0 Unbelievable8

{Ed002's Note - There is known interest in Horn from another English side but I am not aware of any interest from Liverpool at this time. Hector would be a very odd choice if Liverpool were interested - he is very much a defender who doesn't get forward much.}

Ed001, I saw you mentioned on the United page that FSG know of an interested buyer from the UAE, if they decide to sell. Do you know who it is? is it an individual or a consortium? Thanks.

Believable2 Unbelievable6

{Ed001's Note - it is not as simple as an individual or consortium, as consortiums are basically a bunch of holdings of one person, but you can not be sure which part is behind the decision making process involved. There are certain extremely individually wealthy people out here who are fans of the club, which is why the previous bid from DIC came about, it was a fan of the club who headed up that particular consortium on behalf of the then Sheikh. The now Sheikh is his younger brother, as he abdicated to concentrate on his business not long after that. It is entirely possible that is why they are interested particularly in Liverpool, or it could be just they see a long term potential in investment. I would not expect it to be any kind of Man City move, they are not looking for a club to throw money at in order to raise the Emirate's standing around the world. This is purely business.}

10 Mar 2016 10:22:42
Sounds promising then, although as you said they'll likely treat it as an investment, being fans of the club will make them want to see success on the pitch as well as off the pitch. They'll also have the financial muscle to increase our capacity beyond 60,000 I assume. Let's hope they keep their interest for when FSG call it a day.

Agree3 Disagree8

{Ed001's Note - that is if it is the fans doing the pushing and not the investment vehicle itself. It is impossible to know which it is unless you are actually involved at the highest level.}

Any new owner is still worrying anyone can talk it's actually doing it is the hard part. People hate who we have now I don't mind them to much. Yes a lot of mistakes but some good stuff to and since are last owners am not complaining haha.

It's Timo Horn today, release clause of £7m. Seems a bargain. Any truth to this one? Hope so.

Quality addition for such a low cost imo. Actually either Karius or Horn will do for me. Both have time to improve and might need time to settle in but we could get 10 good seasons out of the one we sign.

Not bad price but I would prefer us to go for Sommer or Zeiler if we're looking at the Bundesliga, both would be slightly more but both are slightly more rounded keepers in my opinion.
