Really sad news about ed002. You always got the feeling he was a real character. Sincerest condolences go to his friends and family.

I came to the site to see if Ed2 had shared any news on contracts or some rumours floating about which I have done almost every day for years. I can't imagine the amount of people who are in the same boat. Strange how rodeo clown/ cowboy became so ingrained in so many peoples daily routine.

Quick note for ed001 who mentions the site may become redundant without ed02. I understand how you may feel that way but certainly the liverpool page will continue to be part of my routine coming back for the match reviews and the great articles, boxing legends ones in particular I've enjoyed. The site has many great aspects even without the brilliant ed02, going back to Harry's 50000 accounts and abandoning us for city!

Huge thanks to ed02 for his insight over the years and ed001 for taking the time to ensure all posters were aware of the sad passing.

Too much of a community, a typical disfunctional family, with all the characters you'd associate with a trip to the local . You and all the eds have made something special for us, and here we'll stay.

Ed01, I can only speak for myself, but I will continue to be on here every day. I would be disappointed if others didn't feel the same.

Me too, Ed01. I will continue to enjoy this site as well. The work you all have done and continue to do will never go unnoticed nor unappreciated. I promise you that. Don't sweat it, my guy.

Most importantly please, I hope you and the other Ed's are doing okay mentally and psychologically. Pls, stay strong and make sure you are taken care yourselves individually and collectively during this harrowing moment.

My thoughts and prayers are withh you all and your respective families. Same for ED02's family. Be rest assured: You are loved.

Really sad news about ED002, RIP.

Reading this site since the year of the year of Torres transfer to Chelsea. Always looking forward reading the wealth of knowledge ED002 been sharing with us all about transfers, contracts, financials etc.

Will be strange going forward reading this site, but will definately continue to do so.

I will be here (mostly silently) every day even after this tragedy. Where else would I go. It's part of my daily routines.

ED001, coming to this site has become a routine for way too long and that is not going to change anytime soon. Everyone must move on one day and that creates an opportunity for someone else to come and shape the future, like ED002 on this site along with the other Editors. I am sure we will see someone share info similar to the legend ED002 on this site very soon. Please keep up the good work.

Ed002 was just one of the reasons to come to this site. There is much more; the community, the banter, the support, and all of the eds information. Brilliant site and it's times like this when support for the site and one another becomes stronger.
