Must admit, I saw the line up pre-match last night and I thought Klopp had overdone in with the rotating/ resting. I know some are injured and others probably just not ready after Saturday but only two of our current first-choice starting line-up were in the team that started the match last night, a match in which a win would take us into the final match of the season with a chance of winning the league title - i. e. an absolute must-win last night.

So fair play to Klopp and the players he put out. I know Southampton aren't exactly hard to beat right now but it's another sign of the depth we have now.

Really happy for Minamino.

And I think Matip is going to struggle to keep hold of his place from Konate next season. That's not a negative or critcism of Matip but looks like we've got some player in Konate.

Great result and you can only play what’s in front of you.

If City had played against that Saints team last night we would have claimed that teams roll over for them and they were on the beach.

Great to see some of the squad get a run out and if we win it on Sunday they will have all played their part.

I imagine we’ll go full strength on Sunday in going all out to win the game and get the players ready for CL final 6 days after.
