Havent been on here in a while, but just wanted to say what a season we have had so far. 7 games to an unprecedented quad, no team has ever come this close. HOWEVER, i do think we need to have cool heads, as nothing is won yet. We need to take it one game at a time, we have a tricky away game in a CL semi final against a strong Villareal side who have knocked out big teams this year. Ideally id want to play madrid in the final, City lost last seasons final, they won't want to lose 2 in a row. But again getting ahead of ourselves, nothing is won yet, next league game is against a tough Spurs team. I think regardless of what happens at the end, we will be proud of the boys, even in January no one expected us to be here. c'mon you reds. YNWA.

Not to be ‘that guy’ but didn’t Celtic win their equivalent of the quadruple in the sixties? The Lisbon Lions? I genuinely don’t know and wasn’t around then but I seem to remember this being a thing?

15 man squad. 9 games to win the European Cup. 34 games to win the league. Does not diminish the achievement but highlights how today’s players are flogged like horses.

Celtic actually entered five competitions (the Glasgow Cup was the 5th one) .

Over the course of the season they played 62 competitive games and I think we will have had to play 4 or 5 more if we get to the CL Final. They won 51, drew 8 and lost 3 (Dundee United actually did the double over Celtic in the Scottish League) .

All up Celtic scored 196 goals in competitive games.

Not too shabby an effort.
