it's not just lack of Champions League for Man Utd. Ten Hag and Ajax have a system and if Man Utd don't adopt that to some degree or go all in with it, they'll just be making the same errors again, albeit with a better manager, possibly.

United will come good again one day, there's too much regular £ floating around for them not to eventually get back to being real challengers.
It ain't going to happen in a hurry though, that's a club that's really lost their way.
