Good afternoon all. Not been on here much of late but probably will now, I had a car crash this week sort of a head on luckily it was at low speed both vehicles doing around 25mph, I've come through with a fractured sternum. I'm ok abs recovering snd could of been much worse. Seen quite a bit of footy this weekend and wanted Ed001's thoughts on a few things please.

I have no idea why Sanchez was not sent off. There is no good reason for him to stay on the pitch at all. Incompetence is the best guess I could give.

Yes, I think that Salah will be going and will not sign a new deal. If he was intent on staying, he woud have got rid of the knobhead agent of his a long time ago.

Central midfield I would expect to be the priority for the summer. It is clearly a place we need to strengthen.}

Ed, if that is the case, should we go ahead and sell? I'd hate to lose him, but I have faith that our scouting department will have identified a replacement unlike the knobs who brought in Balotelli.

{Ed001's Note - yes, I think we need to look to sell in the summer. If he wanted to stay, he would have signed by now. If he does end up staying, it is simply because he does not like the other options on offer, rather than because he wants to stay.}

I don’t know what offer is on the table but I don’t imagine it’s too shoddy. If it’s not enough and if team salah is punting around for a better offer then good luck but see you later. However long he may stay fit for and however great his stats are, he’s soon 30 and likely on the way down. This transfer speculation and disruption goes on all the time but between media speculation and whatever his agent wants to chuck in I hope it’s sorted soon. Players come and go. I would have Barnes, Fowler and Dalglish up front but it won’t happen.

I was talking about this the other day to a few of the lads back home, I don’t know anything but from the snippets we hear it seems like mo wants to leave, if not he’d have reigned his jobsworth of an agent in who’s been rather unprofessional but at the end of the day I doubt he’s acting that way off his own back. I feel he’ll end out at PSG which seems to be where players go before they go the knackers yard. If that’s how it ends out Goodluck you him, would be a shame to lose him but it’s not the first time we’ve lost a world class player we’ll survive. I trust the club to make it work. Mane seemed to thrive being the main man for Senegal maybe the same would ring true at Liverpool.
