Ed0666 if we can sell Minamino Phillips and Origi this window and sign Diaz that would be a good window getting rid of 3 players that don't play much and replacing them with 1 that's going to be playing plots of minutes. All so the wage budget should be better off with Origi and Minamino in big wages to just play Carabao cup games and the odd few minutes at the end of games. Would still love a midfielder this window but I think we will have to wait till the summer for that.

{Ed0666's Note - I doubt we’ll see Taki & Origi leave this window as it might be the case Diaz gets loaned back to Porto till the summer.

Ed0666 There has been 2 approaches for Minamino and Atalanta looking at Origi who’s contact runs out in the summer so if a decent bid comes in think we should cash in. I don’t know if your in know but I have not heard anything in all the reports about a loan back till the end of the season I know the spurs deal was a straight transfer.

{Ed0666's Note - I read somewhere that Diaz might get loaned back or maybe Im getting mixed up with the striker City are buying from River Plate. Allegedly Arsenal & Leeds made enquiries about Taki? Both got rebuffed? Origi to Atalanta to replace Zapata? Who knows mate? I guess all will be revealed next week.

We accepted a last day late loan bid for Mino last Jan. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the same come Monday. He started 1 game out of 5 with Mane and Salah away.

I like the lad but the writing is on the wall.

I think Monaco have asked about Taki aswell. I personally don't see the club selling anyone if we do sign Diaz and he doesn't go back on loan we will need all of them options off the bench would be better.

Ed0666 city are loaning back that striker there getting so maybe it was a mix up. Diaz might be the boost we need to going on that winning run needed to win the league Mane will have some great competition now. Be the look of are injuries come are next league fingers crossed we should have a fully fit squad with Thiago and Elliott back to add a lot more quality to are midfield. I would love another midfielder to add a bit more bite in there I would love to know Henderson running stats for this season compared to previous ones am not sure if Father Time is catching up on him.

{Ed0666's Note - yes you’re right mate I think I’m getting him mixed up with the city purchase Thankyou. We have to give the lad time to settle because hitting the ground running is a difficult task for any player in a klopp team. I agree with the Thiago and Elliot sentiments at last we have bodies in midfield so imo no need for a midfielder.
