Last night wasn't ideal for the title race, I'll admit I was messaging my brother something along the lines of congratulations to Manchester City 2021/ 2022 prem champs. My frustration got the better of me and I wanted to sell everyone after the game, football eh? Makes some people loose sight after a loss. Lol
Upon reflection the game could have been very different, if salah scores the pen I genuinely believe we go on and win by 3 or 4, if manè scores his chance we go on and win aswel no doubt. As ed001 said, this time of year teams have an off day and this happens. Let's hope city do tonight. Either way hope we keep on fighting and make it a season to remember. YNWA.

As I said few months back we've More chance of winning CL then League this season

With C.V. now makes it more difficult for us, City with the squad they've I'll be shocked if anyone can stop then now, unless they just collapse with injuries after injuries tho.

One game at a time there are months left in the season.

We were poor against Leicester but let’s see if it was a one off. I wouldn’t throw in the towel just yet.

This club doesn't do things the easy way anyway!
We can't win or play scintillating football every game, it's over and done with so on to the next.

Yep one game at a time and see where we go. Most depressing thing is we could be perfect from Sunday and it might not be enough.

True, it's a hard thing to bear. But it is what it is, and it ain't over until the somewhat curvy non gender specific person sings.

Being perfect from now until the end of th season would actually be enough for me.

I used to go to the match and now watch on the inter web from Oz to watch us play the best foo5ball we can. If we do then the chances are we will win cups and titles, but that’s not the point for me. There is no greater feeling than coming home from a match when everything just ‘clicks’ - you know that the team would have beaten anyone put in front of them. That’d football. That’s why I’m a Liverpool fan.

And to repeat an earlier post - we were poor against Leicester and didn’t deserve the win. If we lose the title by three points or less I’ll look back at the game and think that we lost the league because in the game against Leicester we didn’t play the way we all know we can, which will be hard to take but is fair enough.

I did the same last night. Bad display but not the end of the world.

Stay positive, long way to go my friends.

Mane scores a winner Sunday he will be a legend again. 🙌

Jurgen has said many times, more important things than a game of football.

Come on you redmen!

OP, I felt the very same emotions you felt right after the gale BUT that is natural after a game like that. It happens in footie. It is what it is. We got to keep going and start winning again. Forget the title and all that and focus on just playing well and winning again and see what happens.

Giving up? Nah, bro. Ain’t happening. This team and manager do NOT deserve that, IMO. They have made my dreams come true against ALL odds. I have never quit on Klopp or these players and I’m not going to start now esp with 57 points on the table to win. Save that for the glory hunters, man.
