Just purely speculation and hypothetical. Would anyone take Aubanayang if he became available?

No he’s unbelievably lazy - he makes Pogba look like a workaholic!

15 Dec 2021 08:47:36
OP if Klopp couldn't stand Aubameyang's disgraceful and stinking attitude in his final years at Dortmund then, how do you think he feels about him now when he has become even worse now, than he was back then at Dortmund?

15 Dec 2021 08:51:50
A captain who misses training more than once in a year? No thanks, hendo and Milly would whoop his butt if he pulled that here. Plus, he's getting on and hasn't hit the heights for a couple of seasons now.

4.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 09:12:58
no, wouldn't have taken him in his prime and definitely not now.

5.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 09:15:50
Makes less than zero sense.

6.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 09:37:21
Is that a no then?

7.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 10:32:35
Yes! And Ozil. Then bid for Werner.

15 Dec 2021 11:43:28
4 years ago his ability was worth the indiscretions to us. Now though with his abilities dwindling and our need for more goal scorers nearly non-existant, it would be an incredibly poor signing. He'd be about 6th choice for us on this seasons form. Salah, Mane, Firmino, Jota and Origi are all ahead of him right now.

{Ed025's Note - dont count firmino or origi as choices MK, they are bench warmers at best mate but i agree that abameyang would be a bad choice..

9.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 11:46:27
What had he done to get dropped?

10.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 11:52:41
Wow a bench with players like origi and Bobby?! No wonder we are so above Everton mate?

11.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 12:00:44
He is on circa £300k per week. we can't strike that for Salah lol.

12.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 13:03:37
So if it came to a choice between Auba and Origi who would you take?

13.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 13:03:49
Ed025. I know you enjoy a good wind up. But calling Bobby a “benchwarmer at best” doesn’t do you many favors. He’d certainly walk into your team and be the best one on it. I’d even say he could pick his position and that would be unchanged.

{Ed025's Note - he used to ok TJ but lets be honest he has done nothing for nearly 3 years, a poor mans rondon i would say..

14.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 13:18:40
Origi 7 days of the week. Knows his role and seems happy with it. Isn't one ounce of trouble and a good lad to have around the squad.

{Ed025's Note - very good sub OMM, but thats the pinnacle of his worth i would say mate..

15.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 14:05:04
Origi 7 days of the week and twice if it's a major semi final/ final. He's got 5 goals in about 400 minutes this season and he doesn't cause any disruption. Aubameyang would struggle to make our match day squad even forsaking his disciplinary record. His form has been awful since his new booster contract. I agree Bobby and Origi are on the bench in our best XI, but i'd rather have them on the bench than Aubameyang, straight up.

15 Dec 2021 14:16:09
This fella is just trying to wind people up, I hope? My god, never in a million years. Don't bite. Talk about getting a reaction lol well played razor.

17.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 14:23:03
No, he’s over the hill and a complete arse.

18.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 15:56:38
One of the easiest nos ever. Massively overpaid and very questionable attitude.

19.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 16:14:29
I’d rather us give one of the crowd a go than have aubamayang near the club. He’s lazy, lost his touch, and expensive, poor attitude the list of cons goes on.

20.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 17:08:56
Outside of his disciplinary issues, the way we play doesn't suit him at all.

21.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 18:20:05
Question for VVV, Adams Traore or Auba?

22.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 18:51:46
Marto that's like asking what happens when an unstoppable force hits an immovable object! Traore sprinting at full belt being the unstoppable force, and an Aubameyang who has been asked to press being the immovable object.

15 Dec 2021 19:22:05
Ed 025 loves his fishing doesn't he, u down calderstones lake again ed rod in hand .

{Ed025's Note - im not fishing hailstones, i just have views on players and like superman always tell the truth, im not saying you have to agree with me mate but i do know my onions..

24.) 15 Dec 2021
15 Dec 2021 20:29:46
Martolfc, I’d rather defecate into my hands and clap than either.

Joking aside, Traore is at least a decent bloke and would put a shift in when Klopp asked him. Even if he’s a terrible footballer.

25.) 16 Dec 2021
16 Dec 2021 01:18:57
Haha, I feel like a poor man's Rondon is me typing this from my couch. or maybe that's the actual Rondon, haha.

@Ed25, Origi is a very good sub at one of the top half dozen clubs in the world. That makes him an automatic regular starter for most professional clubs on the planet.

Bobby is better than Origi, imho, which makes him an automatic starter for nearly all professional clubs on the planet.

Anybody that you would even consider in those categories from the Blues? You could have had Digne, of course, but it seems like the best left back in the world isn’t going to get many more games?

{Ed025's Note - origi is one of the best subs in the game WDW, he is prepared to sit on the bench for most of his career and thats priceless, even though it does show a lack of ambition, bobby is the biggest myth in football though mate, this amazing play maker, scorer, link man has never been seen!!!, he belongs in the realm of dragons unicorns and mermaids as fantasy beings who are a figment of the imagination..

27.) 16 Dec 2021
16 Dec 2021 08:39:27
just going to play Devils advocate here and see the reaction, but you can see with Auba why FSG aren't keen to give big contracts to our ageing players. they play out of their skins get a massive contract and then literally down tools,

28.) 16 Dec 2021
16 Dec 2021 10:10:17
We heard good word from vvvv on Traore, the end?

29.) 16 Dec 2021
16 Dec 2021 11:44:48
I think origi would be a cracking signing for Everton.

30.) 16 Dec 2021
16 Dec 2021 10:06:31
Ed025 you have 11 starters that should be on the bench the limit of their talents id bet if raffa had div and bobby they would be first on his team sheet . You do really need to start to live in the real world you get a top manager who then does a runner to Madrid you then are lucky enough to get Raffa in and you lot give him no time to fix a problem that goes back to end of kendals rein and slag him off . Stop making comment on other clubs players and i suggest back your manager and board.

{Ed025's Note - im only opining albey as is my want, im afraid your opinion of our current manager is as biased as your love for divi and bobby mate, they are very good options from the bench and thats their limit for me..

Albeydered as for Rafa, he has NOBODY else to blame for taking that wretched Everton manager job BUT himself. Many of us sounded the alarm that he was heading into a buzzsaw with that mob. They would never give him credit for anything he achieved and would get all the blame for everything that went wrong regardless of whose fault it is. He made his bed and he needs to tuck into it nicely, IMO.

As for Ed25's opinion about Bobbie and Origi, I think at this point Ed25 is just being stubborn and doesn't want to admit he has been wrong about both of these guys from day one and won't admit it. He said they would not pan out for us YET they are both going into their SEVENTH season with the club. Who knew, right? This is where he has stuck his flag into the ground and won't budge. Just my take.
