If anybody needs cheering up at all go and have a look at Ref Watch with Dermot Gallagher.

Watching him justify Joss Moss deciding Kyle Walker didn't commit a foul at the weekend is one of the funniest things I've seen in years.

Not as funny as the time I saw him drunk as a lord in a pub in Oxford with Graham Poll. He made a lewd remarks about the barmaid and her unfeasibly large breasts before collapsing drunk and having to be carried out by Graham Poll and one of the senior management staff from Christchurch College who was with them.

To be fair. Kyle Walker did not foul him. VAR was correct in overturning the decision.

{Ed0666's Note - we must be one of the very few in the world that didn’t think it was a foul or a card.

I guess I'm also part of that selected few ed.

{Ed001's Note - how can anyone not see it was a clear and blatant foul? Walker cleans him out and gets nothing on the ball.}

The problem for me isn't whether or not it's a foul.

The fact this is even debated shows it wasn't a clear and obvious error and the pen shouldn't of been overturned.

VAR was dubious this weekend across the board, and if they start dropping back into last seasons habits of getting involved in dubious decisions again. It's going to get frustrating pretty quickly.

Defo a pen, nearly smashed the poor lad into the stands.
