All my luck to Harvey. Get well soon.

Now to the game, which Fabinho and Thiago completely bossed. I still don't think we've hit out full stride which is a good place to be in which teams like United and Chelsea hitting the ground running. I do think we're going to be very difficult to beat this season if our main back 6 (Allison, VVD, Joel, Trent, Andy and Fab) stay fit.

For all the naysayers about the transfer window we're in pretty good shape. Isn't that 15 games unbeaten since last season now?

Leeds were incredibly lucky it was only three. They got battered. Great to see. Thiago played really well, Fabinho nearly always does.

Neville said it perfectly after the game that is the kind of game Thiago was brought in for its frantic and everyone is doing a lot of running just requires someone to put a foot on the ball and calm it down played fantastic yesterday as Keane would say that's his job.

Spot on, OP. It easily could have been 10 with the way we completely bullied them all game except for the first 10 mins or so where e struggled to get into the game. I knew this was the perfect game for Thiago to shine in cos we need a player who can control the tempo when things get frantic and he did that very well. Fab is back, btw. A way much better perf than the Chelsea game where he was off the pace all game. We are not at full pelt yet which is where you want to be this early so one game at a time and keep it moving.

As for Elliott, not too worried about him. He is a tough cookie and will be well looked after by the club and Klopp himself. We have enuff leader in the DR as well, to help him out esp those who have come thru long spells out due to bad injuries. He'll be okay, IMO.
