OP, chill out. According to James Pearce (take it for what you will), he was withdrawn from the squad as a precautionary measure and not expected to miss any time. Who we should really be worried about is Naby being stranded in Guinee as they have just experienced a military coup.

If players are getting injured it can hardly be the fault of the medical staff.
I'm presuming that Elliot was obliged to turn up and be checked over by the England medical staff so as not to jeopardise future selection.
