Still the same moaning abou the squad this and that lads the transfer window is closed let's just get on with it! Say we win our next 4 games will there still be the same groans? I think not. Judge where we are come march don't shoot the team down on 4th of September YNWA.

Totally agree Joe, I am kind of looking forward to seeing us getting the best out of players like Mini, Naby, Divvy and the Ox as well time for them to make contributions.

Agree it’s time for the squad to step up now. We have match winners in Salah, Mane, Jota, Trent, Robbo, Vvd and Allison but those players are no more important than the rest as a handful of players might win you some games but they can’t win trophies on their own. Will be nice to see some more goals this season from midfield and even the centre backs. The squad players have to step up, I think some last season equalled about 9 games playing time in all 4 competitions so they need to take opportunities with both hands. It’s going to be a hard competitive season and we will need all hands to the pump. If we do then we could be competing on all fronts.

Hopefully the club will have learnt from last season that when the **** hits the fan, don’t wait until the last week of the transfer window to try and rectify the problem. If we run into any injury crisis during the first half of the season, move swiftly and decisively to make sure that it’s covered.
