Offer made for Bissouma . any truth in it?

Ok Ed, have we recently spoken to Brighton as reported in the press?

{Ed002's Note - As far as I am aware, there are no negotiations going on betweem Brighton and any of the interested sides at the moment. Arsenal will need to decide between Aouar, who will be far cheaper, and Bissouma if they are going to add another midfield player. They do know of the interest but have no compelling need to sell.}
