The problem is if you’re the only one who values the property at that price whilst everyone else values it at half the price you will be stuck with such property. Hopefully a middle ground can be found.

If the house had no use and i still had to pay massively for its maintenance id think about negotiating atleast ed. We need to move some players at whatever cost. I think ed002 informed us taiwo has work permit issue for us.

I get your point Ed, just don't think we will get the 8 Mill, can see clubs backing off and looking at loans, which won't help us financially.

I don't know about you ed but if that somebody is the only one that is interested in my house and i desperately need the money to buy a new house then i sure will. don't see the point of overpricing it and risk no one buying it in the end.

Well at that time there is no C.V. so most clubs doesn't have financial problems as right now don't you think. i remember lazar markovic. we keep loaning him over and over again and in the end he left for free. why? because nobody want to pay our asking price. instead of getting whatever money we can get for him, we got nothing.

Ed0666 have you not kept up with the posts we have to sell all are players for what ever clubs bid and pay what ever clubs want for players otherwise we are well out of order.
