Do you think Harvey Elliot will be part of the first team squad next season? Question is if he's ready.

Should be going on loan again, maybe this time to a premier league club if that can be made possible? no point if he won't get game time though.

At his age, he doesn't need to start every game. It would probably be counter-productive.

If we sell Shaqiri, I see no reason why Elliott can't take his place in the squad. Ease him into being a starting player and give him the stability of being a member of the same team rather than swapping and changing clubs every season. He's got plenty of time.

I think most folks (incl the Eds) expect him to stay with us next season and be part of the 1st team squad. He was arguably one of the best players in the Championship last season which, at the age of only 18, is incredible.

I seem to recall that Ed001 favours him as a potential Firmino understudy. He doesn't have as much pace as Mane/ Salah (although he is still growing, but unlikely) so a 10 or a false 9 may be a good option.

He's a great talent and I'm looking forward to seeing him in red next season.

Elliot will be prt of the LFC squad next season I am sure. He will get his chance in pre season and I fully expect him to take that chance. Origi, Shak, minamino will all probably leave so there is plenty of room for him.

Would love to see him replace Shaqiri in the squad, and to get chances in cup games/ substitute performance etc. and to learn from Salah, Mane, Firmino. We should look to integrate him gradually like City did with Foden.
