How about depay on free and ludicrous wages if shaq origi and wilson go.

{Ed077's Note - good "cheap" option IMO but Liverpool aren't interested by all accounts.

Think he is pretty set on Barcelona too.

The most important question is, is he good enough? I'd rather take a risk on a Daka than go in for a prima donna like Depay. Especially after reading what his Sporting Director (Juninho) said about him.

Depay’s ability to deal with Premier League football is questionable.

{Ed077's Note - just like it was with the likes of Salah, KdB, etc.. I guess.

Thats why i said ‘questionable’, Ed.
For every Mo Salah there's a Diego Forlan, for every KDB there's a Falcao. It would be a risk to sign someone who performed like a popped balloon in his last PL attempt.

{Ed077's Note - Forlan only had a single spell in English footy and Falcao never rediscovered his form in another league in between his stints in EPL as he played for Man Utd and Chelsea in consecutive season. I wasn't having a dig at Salah or LFC ,just saying that the top 2-3 attacking players in the EPL both had an unsuccessful stints in English footy and went on to rediscover their mojo, their form and came back like a freight train and dominate the league. Not saying Depay will play to the same level that Salah and KdB are operating in but surely he isn't a bad shout as a "free" transfer when funds are tight.

P.s I don't think LFC are looking at him nor is he trying to get a move to Liverpool.
