ED02 Can I ask why you continually antagonise and belittle liverpool fans on here, on such a regular basis? Do you not think that millions of LFC fans worldwide are embarrassed and ashamed of our owners actions of late? We're not blaming anyone else, We're not throwing any toys out of prams. Many of us are humble football people. Why are so many of your replies laced with barbed wire?

These are the people who denied the racist Suarez; the same ones that supported the biting Suarez; the same ones who gave up Dalgleish in support of Suarez and it goes on and on and on. You need to accept that FSG threatened the Premier League and UEFA when the plan of Liverpool and Manchester United was rejected last year - they were the ones who went behind the back of the the authorities to organise the meeting in Paris last year, the ones who leveraged compulsory purchase orders to buy local properties following the cleansing of the area that they have now mortgaged along with Anfield to raise funds - and now have sold 10% of the club. I can give you plenty of other examples if that would help.}

How am I dragging it out? I simply stated he mentioned fans but you clearly highlighted the errors of the club's owners and hierarchy to large degree. When was the last time anyone on here defended Suarez? It would be like if anytime Chelsea are mentioned we bring up Hazard kicking a ball boy on the floor as if that covers all players.

The fans gave up Dalgleish in protection of the runt Suarez - they should be more ashamed of that than anything else they have done - but you want to keep on whining and bleating so we can start the whole thing up again.}

Ed2, that doesn’t exactly discount what bastion is trying to say, he’s literally just said that millions of Liverpool fans are completely opposed to what the owners are doing and want them out of the club but you keep antagonising Liverpool fans any opportunity you get. I’ve always appreciated your work on here but it’s a trend I see all to often, I think you’ve received a lot of grief from Liverpool fans in the past and most probably still do, and it’s the most you get from any fan base because this site is mostly populated with Liverpool fans. I just see a lot of times there will be a conversation about what another club has done, and your response will always harp back to how bad everything about Liverpool is and then when fans of Liverpool do the exact same thing in another completely unrelated discussion, you say ‘you’re embarrassing trying to make this about Chelsea or city or so and so to excuse your own club’. You have a massive chip on your shoulder about Liverpool.

To put perspective on it, and I know you’ll hate this because you hate comparisons to other clubs. But Chelsea have broken a ton of rules in the past and I believe you are a fan of that club. You bring up the Suarez example, I hope you beat Chelsea fans with the same stick who champion John terry as a legend even though he was caught on video being racist and received much softer consequences on the back of it. But I don’t believe you do beat Chelsea fans with the same stick, in fact I don’t think you do this to any of the other fans, because there’s much less of them on this site, so less vitriol coming from them. I know you’ll come back with ‘it’s Liverpool fans that do this and that and the other’ as if Liverpool fans are the only ones that bring negativity. Open the doors of Twitter and see the results for yourself, it seems to have spread and your beloved Chelsea fans are a big proponent of it.

Saying daglish purely lost his job because of the Suarez saga is nonsense, that may have been the stated reason but it’s not the be all and end all. The owners never wanted him in the first place but they thought he would bring the club stability, he did initially, then him and comolli spunked millions on average English players, and we are talking almost a 100mill on them (which at the time was unheard of for Liverpool), he and the club finished 8th in the league and he took us to two cup finals winning one of them. That was never deemed as success and the fans thought daglish was well past it, and he was, let’s face it, we would have never achieved top 4 with daglish, it was one of if not our worst ever league finish in the PL era. Rodgers was wanted out for a similar thing a few seasons later even though he got us the closest to a PL title until klopp came in. Daglish was wanted out for underachieving after spending huge on average talent, the same way Rodgers was wanted out, for the fans it had little to do with the Suarez saga.

{Ed002's Note - This is the sort of bile that keeps coming up. I have explained the entire breakaway concept to the Liverpool page truthfully for years when you had no other information at all. I get constant abuse from the cocksuckers who don’t believe it. I get abuse by the vegetables on Sunday about it and I have been abused today about everything I have shared. There is no point in my sharing information on any of these issues any longer - Dalgleish list his job because of the shirt situation and I told you all that night. I have no idea why you want to bring John Terry in to this and suggest you go back to read what I wrote about that at the time - another clear attempt at deflection by a Liverpool supporter. For me its about manners. Nothing wrong with pointing out misjudgments of fans about situations from someone in the know. It's about how you go about it. I was brought up on the mantra, 'is it true, is it kind, is it necessary'. Sure it's true what you say but the way you do it is sometimes antagonising and seems unnecessary to me. I respect your efforts on here and agree and understand why you feel the need to set the record straight. I generally stay away from the conversations about you but I would respectfully ask you to consider how you give the message.

Ed002, you know we know we need you on this site and value your insights and knowledge no end. That doesn't mean if we have a disagreement that it's abuse. I've re read these posts and others tonight and I don't see you getting abused anywhere. Just have a re read of this little thread if you have time and I hope you'll see it was you who dragged the past up then accused me and others of whining and bleating about it. This is a fair and respectful comment, in my opinion, but I doubt you'll take it that way.
I'm no idiot, probably older than most on here, an experienced accademic writer and researcher, but I think you assume we're all Bootle scallies with 8 brain cells between us and treat us as such at times.
