Ed a good review and helps add some perspective. The only think is I’m note sure there’s not an in between doing nothing at all and doing too much like we saw vs Fulham. We could easily have tried a bit more rotation (ie given Minamino more of a chance before he left), or perhaps tried a 4-2-3-1 to give Thiago a defensive partner at the base of midfield, or even tried Mane or Salah upfront instead of Fabinho, instead of trying the same thing over and over before switching it all at the same time like we did vs. Fulham.

It feels a bit like we’ve just tried to persevere playing the same system as last season, but that was built on the defensive nous of VVD and Fabinho, and the intensity of Hendo, whereas with the likes of Thiago we perhaps need to play to his strengths rather than asking him to replicate Hendo’s.

I realise it’s easier said than done and I honestly think Klopp 100% deserves the chance to fix things, but I also can’t honestly say I’ve been thrilled with the lack of creativity to try to adapt the teams shape to allow for loss of Fabinho, VVD and Hendo.
