Its a strange year and under normal circumstances I'd have been kicking walls, throwing things at the T. V and crying myself to sleep with our current results and form.
However with all that's going on in the world and with so many people dealing with much greater loss I just think there is so much more to be worrying about and have put things in perspective. Maybe some of the players deep down have a similar attitude especially those who have experienced C. V or have lost loved ones?

That aspect is effecting players from every club though, not just ours, so whilst I sympathise with everyone going through tough periods within this C.V., I don’t think our players should get special leeway just because they’re suddenly performing badly. This has been going on for longer than a year now, so I’m sure they’ve learnt to deal with things and move on professionally, if not then that says more about them than it does us fans that expect a lot more out of them. These ‘perspective’ posts are starting to get embarrassing.

Harsh! Its been going on for over a year yes but players and Klopp are still losing family now.

Kman - it's a little bit of everything mate. I think for us specifically, we as fans can't really praise the impact of our fans when things are good and then just totally dismiss their influence when they are not there as per this season.

So whilst I agree it's not the whole story, it does make up part of the story. And if we are consistent about our influence as fans then we should remain so in recognizing the impact the lack of fans given the times has had on our team.

A great post mate. It's a game of football at the end of the day, that's all it is and all it'll ever be. A game.

The last football game I watched was the game against Everton which ended 2-2. After that I through the towel in, not because of Liverpool but because the sport has gone downhill and has been doing for a very long time now. It's at an all time low imo and I don't miss it one bit.

Like you say there's a lot more important things going on in the world. No need to get silly over our team not winning everything, this will always happen, we can't be the best all of the time.

Things aren't going our way, this will change in time. Personally I believe it's very simple why it's gone so bad, just my opinion of course but I genuinly think it's down to no fans in the stadium, Liverpool have always thrived on that atmosphere from the fans and for it to be just gone? it's not us! We're not normal right now but neither is the world. Things will improve, we will improve and come back to our winning ways. This is just a temporary thing. Believe. The future will prove to be exciting once again.

That is one thing I always thought about. So many things are happening, some we know, some we didnt. And maybe these things are affecting them players and the manager hence the bad form. Me, I just lost my job and it's affecting me mentally really bad.
