Eds and all,

Do you think the last couple of games show that Curtis could play the false 9 Bobby role in the longer term? He was showing all the attributes needed - strength, holding the ball vs numerous opposition players, holding the ball in right spaces with close contact, tracking back, shooting, head up for layoffs. Could he end up further up the pitch than we think?

{Ed001's Note - I am not sure why you said further up the pitch than we think? He was always projected to be an attacking player, it is the defensive side he has been learning this season by playing deeper. It was expected he would be a potential Bobby replacement or even one of the wide players. Personally I prefer him central where he can get involved and Bobby's role would be good but he has impressed so much playing deeper that maybe this is his long term role?}

My wife could play the ‘Bobby Role’. Shes totally crap and never score’s either. But her teeth are bang on 👍🏻.

Think bobby been so poor for large periods this season is making us wanting to find a solution within the squad
We need to get someone who is a natural finisher in to mix it up aswell mane can have a dry run with bobby who doesn't score enough

Lets see what jota is about for the rest of the season.

Bobby’s a slow starter though and without him Mo probably wouldn’t have scored this season.

I always though to of Curtis as a long term Henderson replacement.

Curtis looks much better in midfield than he does further up for me. Early days though, he might take what he’s learning in midfield and add it to his overall game and end up in Bobby’s role?
