Ed001, posters- just for fun: in a quest for goals, say Klopp decided to shake it all up and play a 4-4-2 formation. Who would get picked and how would you set the team up?

I'm thinking Salah and Mane up top. Hendo and Fabinho in the centre. Perhaps TAA on the right wing?

Straight up, Ed01. And that formation can morph into a compact 4-5-1 out when out of possession or a 4-2-3-1 depending on what the opposition does in-game.

I’m surprised we haven’t seen the 4-2-3-1 with Gini alongside Thiago at base of midfield. We really seem to struggle without Hendo or Fabinho playing as a 6 and the team has played 4-2-3-1 before so it’s not a huge step for everyone to adapt.

We can play Shaqiri on the right, and Salah upfront with Firmino at 10. When Jota comes back we’ll be even stronger still.
