Not a huge stat fan but seen this and thought it was interesting

1v1 tackle success rate Premier League 2020/ 21:

1) Trent Alexander-Arnold: 70.6%
2) Toby Alderweireld: 69.2%
3) Adam Webster:64.7%
=) Ben Godfrey: 64.7%
4) Thiago Silva: 63.6%
5) Federico Fernandez: 62.5%
6) Ryan Bertrand: 61.5%
=) Lewis Dunk: 61.5%

Can't trent defend though.

TAA has developed into a well rounded defender in both the offensive and defensive parts of the game. And clearly one of the best in the World. There are reasons the comparisons with Wan-Bissaka have stopped. Good ones. He'll have (and has had) his ups and downs. But he's definitely up there with the best in the World.

I love Trent and he’s a fabulous player. But I admit he’s not always been at his best this season. I’d probably say it’s more in an attacking view though than a defending point. However form is temporary and class is permanent and the cream always rises to the top so it’s only a matter of time before he is back to his best on a consistent basis.
