I have to say young Nico has been very good tonight, always seems to have his foot in the right place when Arsenal have the ball. Grujic, well the Arsenal team seem to be very wary of him and staying well away, he does like a battle.

Neco s energy and work rate really stood out to me today. He had some awful touches at times but he never gave up and got better as the game went on.

Wilson I have to say was awful tonight. I'd say tonight took a few million off his price tag. Not talking about penalty. That happens. I mean overall play.

Spot on, Davey. Wilson was poor all game YET people say Origi did us. Go figure. As for Williams, I thought he was very good. Has the right attitude and work ethic and if he keeps playing and working hard, he will be fine. His haters? You know where you can go with your hate, yeah?

Wilson was bad but he’s not been around the players and the system as long as origi! Wilson he knows his time is up!
Neco did well against good players will do his confidence good!
Amd honestly I think I’d keep Grujic over Ox he's more reliable anyway.

Wilson hasn't played in any game this season and was played out of position.

I don't think Harry is quite good enough to make a career at the club, but there were clear reasons for his display not being to the level of others and is a bit harsh to judge him on that performance.

I think if you’re having a go at Wilson then you need to have a go at Curtis Jones too. Both were virtually anonymous.
My view though is they are both decent players who didn’t have their best games. It happens.
Jones has time on his side though, Wilson is at an age where he needs to play to find his level so I think it would benefit him to go. At least on loan but a permanent deal might be best for all parties as we apparently need the money.
Whatever happens I wish him all the best he’s always worked hard whenever he’s pulled on the red shirt.

{Ed025's Note - wilson is poor BP, pity its not american football and you could just bring him on for free kicks, because the rest of his game is piss poor mate..

Agree Robbie - Rhys impressed me, and so did Grujic. Nico battled back from a tricky start.

Shame to go out, but in a shorter season like this I’m sure Klopp is secretly not too disappointed.

I thought grujic was piss poor tbh. It was an absolute dire game, our midfield couldn't keep the ball, we should have battered arsenal coz they were awful except the keeper. I didn't see grujic do anything. Jones tried but had no help in midfield. We needed someone to put one on xhaka coz he disrupted us all game and kicked our kids about.

Wilson was poor unfortunately, he has talent but put no effort in and didn't evdn do anything with dead balls.

I thought our defence was good and jota was good. Adrian did okay too, although his kicking wasn't great, made some good saves tho.

Grujic was our best outfield player and had no help from Jones and Wilson so I think the opposite from your assessment is what I saw. Grujic completed 95% passing and only misplaced 1 pass by HT for example. He also forced Leno into 2 full stretch saves and another attempt just flew wide of the post. To single him out as the one not in the game is crazy.
