Let’s all take five minutes to laugh at Man United.

Ole’s at the wheel!

The penalties are keeping That manager in a job. Long may it continue! They are going backwards every year.

Didn't they win?

Only saw the bbc website at 2-2 and it said FT. Checked again and they got their obligatory extra time penalty.

They may have got 3 points but Brighton played them off the park that's what 6times is referring too.

Barely, Brighton dominated throughout. Only poor finishing, a combination of the post and bar 5 times, and a strange decision from the ref to award a penalty after he'd blown the final whistle, although a correct call. The ref was abysmal all afternoon and Maguire was pulling and grabbing at every opportunity, OP is correct, well worth a giggle.

My point is, play well and win or play bad and win 3 points is still 3 points. Laugh at ole if and when he looses his job and judge United at the end of the season. No point laughing now and getting egg on your face! (Not that I can honestly see them doing anything)

Man utd simply cannot handle pressure. They don't buy winners anymore, promising youngsters. And they can't handle the pressure heaped on them at utdtook the fans away and they were good last season. So people expected them to be amazing this year. Couldn't live up to it.

Still early days tho. We won the league and lost more than 2 games.

Good. Seagulls need a decent forward, we're willing to sell Brewster and Origi. Both could come in really handy to them. Let's go pony up.

They are facing what we faced for years. teams like brighton will press them up and feel like they have every chance of three points against them at home. And i think everyone will have a mighty go at them since there are 3 points to take and they are the easiest of top 6 to take 3 points from. And the end of season for survival teams its make or break.

Man utd should get shot of de gea and play Henderson who is a much better keeper.

Pegleg, I disagree. Utd were second best all game long and if you or any Utd fan thinks as long as they won, it is all good then, you will be hugely disappointed. They were terrible from start to finish. Brighton hit the posts FOUR time, should have had at least one more penalty, IMO and should have pummeled Utd without even breaking a sweat cos they were cutting thru that poor excuse of a midfield like hot knife thru butter. Don't even get me started with that back line and and their dreadful GK who makes Karius look world class.

I just feel sorry for Brighton cos with some luck and better finishing, they should have maximum points from all three games now cos they have completely outplayed every team they have played this season already.

I quite like mopay. (spelling) decent forward. He's be great with origi, with lallana threading balls into them.

I think that the late winner is just covering up the huge problem that United are now having. You look at that 11 being the strongest line-up that ole picks from his full squad. Those 3 forwards that everyone was drooling about late last season, Bruno fernandes, pogba and matic behind while their back 4 cost nearly 200mill. That Manchester United team over 90mins had less possession, less touches of the ball and made less passes than Brighton and the crazy thing is that isn't even a shock stat for anyone anymore. United had 3 attempts on target all game, the 3rd being after 100mins from a penalty. This so called superstar attack have hardly asked any questions from Brighton and crystal palace, their defence is looking worse than ever and they could easily have been on the end of 2 heavy defeats to sides who should never be playing them off the park.

They are in such a messy state of management from top to bottom that is seeing the likes of pogba starting every week despite being an embarrassment while the CBs also can't be dropped because there's no one else and it seems when they fork out 80mil for pogba and Maguire ole can never think about leaving them out of the team no matter how poor they perform.

Right now I'm wondering if United are going to follow through in trying to add a couple of players for huge money as it's become clear that a dangerous winger and a left back are not just going to be the last piece of the puzzle. They had their 3 best forwards and 2 attacking midfielders starting yet offered nothing. Sancho can't just be the solution when United have no control in CM and get outplayed by weaker sides. 2 CBs who are all over the place means that no left back in the world stops them being cut open. They have to stop now and sack ole instead of throwing another year and another couple of hundred million down the drain. Solskjaer has shown all he's got to offer now, they need to realise that de gea, Maguire, pogba and martial are not going to become the spine that OGS can get performing to a level to improve. They can't let him try another rebuild and need a different approach from a manager with specific philosophies. Himself and lampard have shown to be far out of their depth in terms of experience for such a big job.

I think it was the sort of game Brewster would of got 2 or 3, such was the dominance of Brighton. Certainly a better option than Maupay, but I don't think they are interested in him.
