Ed's wondering what's the situation with chamberlain? Doesn't get much game time but seems popular at the club. With these Thiago links could the club look to get rid?

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any "situation" - is this Twitter?}

OP, Ox picked up a knee injury in preseason hence, not getting game time right now. That is the "situation" and has no relation to Thiago .

Klopp suggested Ox might be an option as Firmino's back up this season in the number 9 role. He was bigging him up as a centre forward because of his ability to pop ip in between the lines and his clean striking technique.

I'm sure you can find the quotes on google. Ox is definitely in Klopp's plans, don't worry. Unlucky to get injured when he did but he'll be back next month.

I like the ox seems a good lad but sadly he’s more out then in we payed big money for him and got no return a bit like keita if I’m honest I’d sell ox!

No return? As much an impact in us achieving what we have over the last 3 years as any other player. Crucial goals assists while playing in various different positions, and his work rate is top class every time he plays.

Jimmy boy every time he plays? He’s to break his back every time he plays to try justify sumthn it’s not his fault he’s always injured but let’s call a spade a spade here he was big money and I’d say on top wages and not done f all same as Keita! It’s just been papered over cus we’ve other mids there that have done a job!

JDR, that is patently false. Ox played a very key role in our winning the title last season with 4 goals and several assists, way bigger role than Naby did. He also had his best game in an LFC shirt IMO, vs Atletico and had we won that game, he would have been a great candidate for MOTM. Also, saying Naby contributed nothing is also patently false.

All our players contributed to our winning the title last season whether they played consistently or not. Our team are a band of brothers who contribute whenever their number is called cos we would not have won the title without every single player in the squad.

Trashing players who helped us get to where we currently are whether they contributed heavily or not, is just offensive and of poor taste. I expect that from the bitter Arsenal fans who think he is a flop cos he left them for a better situation. Not from an LFC fan.
