People often go on about Thiago’s injury record but, in the last 5 seasons, he’s played 42/ 41/ 32/ 42/ 37 games. He had 2 bad seasons before that with 2 knee injuries, but apart from that, it’s not too bad for a midfield that’ll be constantly rotated.

Ings had a history with knee problems but had a good year at Burnley injurywise. At Liverpool it again resurfaced. So you can see why many people bring his injury record into the conversation.
