Does anyone know when paul glatzel is back, I thought he had lots of potential. Big shame he got injured.

Looked decent didn't he. Is he still recovering from the injury in pre season? I was watching that and it looked awful. He was good though, I thought he was the better of the two with Bobby duncan.

Same ere, he was quick tall direct and I hope he can come back strong as said above he looked physically better of the 2 with him an bobby duncan .

Glatzel has a better allround game in my opinion. duncan tended to be all about being a penalty box predator. whereas Glatzel was happy to impact the game from deeper. his link up play was better and was better at one-on-ones.

Funny i was just thinking about him this morning also. He said 8 months in an interview in October upon signing his new contract. Which means June, so he should be back for pre-season and to take his place as the U23's striker. I agree he looked a more natural Firmino replacement than Duncan did. Whose decision to move to Fiorentina btw still looks questionable since he's yet to make his debut as they've got 4 strikers ahead of him in the pecking order. Meanwhile, he missed out on Liverpool's league cup games.
