What are the rule regarding PL clubs, having feeder clubs in the UK and around Europe?

Are they allowed in the same way that RBS have with FC Liefering.

{Ed002's Note - Yes as they have different ownership as RBS has an independent layer separating them from the Red Bull company - else they would not be able to compete in the same competitions. Several sides have a similar set up across Europe (e.g. Monaco and Cercle Brugge) and others (particularly in England where formal feeder agreements are not allowed) have less formal agreements to work together - as Liverpool did with Genk at one time, and Manchester United with Royal Antwerp, Chelsea with PSV etc..}

Can you see Liverpool going down that road again, like they did with Genk?
